I had a fabulous experience with Kieran at the Shirley branch. This young man was very knowledgeable about the products and very easy to talk to. He explained several things that I didn’t understand fully and I didn’t feel rushed or stupid like I have done before in other shops.
Kieran only works on Wednesday and Thursday so visit one of these days if you want to chat with him (I’d recommend!)
What a credit to this business you are. I’ll be back to purchase again.

All I asked for was their refund policy. I was expecting a link in an email and that was all. However, I received a call and an email. When I spoke to Clarke he was really knowledgeable and helpful. He sorted the problem within minutes and I couldn’t be happier with the service!

I’ll definitely be buying from Totally Vapour again. Why would I bother looking elsewhere!

(Edited) previously I left a one star review as i didn’t hear back from the company over the weekend but this was due to them taking a break, so this was my fault. Spoke to a lovely guy on the phone this morning and he spoke through what happened and said that my order is getting dispatched soon and I just received the tracking number. Great service, just be patient with them.

Been a customer over a year now and can honestly say amazing place staff are helpful great service I won't buy my vape stuff from anywhere else now 100% recommend!

Paid for postage. Didn't receive a despatch notification. Asked to cancel order and was told it was too late as it had been despatched? When I pointed out it hadn't been despatched I quickly received an email pretending it had been to prevent a refund. The tracking number even showed royal mail didn't have the item. Tried to tell me I'd be charged twenty percent to send the items back. Will now be contacting trading standards and citizens advice to get a full refund and further compensation

In response to the reply from the seller - there is no 3pm cut off stipulated in your terms and conditions. I have evidence of my cancellation email to the seller and evidence that royal mail did not receive the item until 16.30pm same day. Seeing as the seller is unwilling to provide a full refund I will be taking appropriate action

100% recommend great customer service! I had ordered the incorrect vape to go with disposable pods and they called to check and replaced with the correct one for me.
Products seem great so far too.
