was really great content, loved the fact that the facilitator was a local who has grown up in not only the Cairns/tablelands region but also has worked and travelled through out Cape York communities. This made a relate able experience with shared knowledge in the group alot easier and also that she understood the barriers of support for remote communities, staff and support to both.

It was a good course, although I wished they put more effort when an assignment is finished. For example, providing more information that you would add in real scenarios or better wording if need be.

Great training experience, our trainer really knew his stuff and explained it well, the only thing I could find that I didn't care for was people in different levels all in the one group

I managed to pass and am now apparently competetant

As people learn differently I found the new online portal hard to study with. The previous one was good as I could printout what I needed to read and reference the printout plus my notes to compete tasks. Even with 2 screens it's very hard to reference back into the sections as no way to mark or determine each section or items required. Just my way of learning and this portal did not suit me and therefore the frustration level went up and made it harder to complete or even want to complete.
