Dean was on time and very pleasent and polite. We had our chaise sofa and lounge carpet cleaned. Our carpet was not cheap so we decided to get a reputable cleaning company we read reviews, so when i went in to the lounge some hours after he left as id had to go out . I wasnt totally pleased with the carpet by the door, the walk through which had been the dirtiest, Isnt as clean as i expected. It also feels harder Dean had said not too expect it too look like the newer areas of untouched carpet, but i did think it would be clean with the pile looking good, this sadly isnt the case. Again the sofa arm still has some soiling. And some along the front of seating where our lettle dog jumps up.
Maybe i was expecting too much, i will return to traditional cleaning that i have previously used and know what to expect, soft clean carpet with the pile reienstated in traffic areas.

Brilliant service suite and carpets cleaned. Dean was very concientous polite and takes great pride in his work. Left areas very clean and tidy. Would certainly recommend him and will be using his services again. AR

Dean came to clean my 97 year old auntie's carpets and armchair today, he was punctual, trust worthy and did an amazing job the carpets look like new,very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Touch-Dry Cleaning.
