when you find something you like you may not be able to order again for weeks..it's simply not available. You can't choose your own sides.. it comes with mashed potatoes or pasta or rice .. you can't choose..it comes with what it comes.
Delivery method.. it's pick up by carrier (local, FedEx, ups..you can choose) night before. it's loaded on truck early morning.. Delivery is usually around 4 pm. Even though box has dry ice.. in florida heat, not air-conditioned truck not a good delivery method

Reservation was not honored for our family of 7 birthday reservation. "Gary" came to the bar to apologize and insisted it was his "fault" and would take care of us. We hovered in the lobby for an hour, finished the drinks we couldn't get refilled at the bar and left after tiring of killing cockroaches in the waiting area. VERY disappointing. I did attempt to order one of their advertised specialty margaritas. Bar maid informed me this wasn't a "Mexican" joint in front of other customers... Won't be back!
Rocco's downstairs seated us immediately and seemed to appreciate our $700+ response to their excellent service to our entire family.

food is good. the variety is good. meals always arrive cold

We LOVE Tovala! I was hesitant to try it because of the oven required, but the basic version is free with a short meal commitment, and the pro oven is only like $60 (worth it). And once you try their delcious meals, you won't regret it. The meals are wonderful & so easy to prepare if you have a busy life. Just a little light prep putting sauces on things, or adding a bit of water, or transferring it to a provided tin is all that's necessary. A no-brainer for someone who can't cook! There is a nice variety of meals offered, plus a few breakfast & dessert choices as well. Meals taste fresh-made & crispy when called for, as they have an air-fryer basket for the oven as well. Simply scan a code to set the oven, press start, & it bakes to perfection. We came from another meal prep service, & Tovala is so much better. We can't say enough good things--customer service & shipping have been awesome as well. If you are thinking of trying Tovala, it's well worth the investment!

I have been a long time Tovala customer and fan. The meals are delicious, well balanced, and I love the menu variety. Additionally, cooking dinner and clean up could not be any quicker or easier. I love the ease of scanning the Tovala meals - which sets the smart oven to the perfect time and temperature. I have also used the smart oven for non-Tovala meals and find the system very smart and convenient. Meal delivery is great and reliable, and their customer service is excellent. I could not be more pleased with Tovala.

Great tasting, fresh food, quality ingredients, minimal prep time and perfectly cooked food with the oven. Recommend going with the Pro model with the steam function. The reheat mode makes leftovers taste as good as the day they were cooked. I’ll never use my microwave to reheat food after the experience with this oven. It is easy to skip weeks in the app, although I’ve only skipped once because I was out of town, but I missed my easy to prepare, great tasting meals. I’m so impressed with this service, I just hope they don’t let things slide with their service, quality ingredients, and ease of use. It’s almost too good to be true for someone who doesn’t want to shop, plan, prep, and cook. I feel like you do pay for the convenience but it is worth it for me and I’m no longer throwing food away, watching it spoil or having to clean out the fridge. Highly recommend Tovala if cost is not a major concern.

Exceeded our expectations!
Have tried others.. is the best. The ingredients are so fresh! There instructions are easy to understand. The oven is awesome. Have not ate one meal that i didnt say yum to so far. Very well crafted. Excellent taste. Not skimpy on portions either. Im so happy I found them!!

All the meals have been great. Those meals that i didn’t care for were good, they just weren’t my type of food. I knew from the description the food was something I would not normally order, but with Tovala it’s easy to try new foods and if it’s not your thing after fixing it. Pull something from your pantry

So far we have enjoyed a majority of the meals we had. Ingredients have been fresh and easy to prepare. Enjoy receiving new meals every week.

Tovala delivers as promised and is also an easy way for me as a single person to have some decent food. Wish sodium was lower and they had non farmed fish. An enjoying my oven very much.

Food is delicious perfect sized portions. The scan and cook smart oven is very nice and easy to use. Initial setup was easy. Meal selection is very nice and the app to make your choices is very straight forward to use. Instructions that come with meals are very easy to follow to prepare the meals.

Tovala is the best meal option we have ever used and we have tried lots of them.

Easy to cook, easy to follow directions, very short prep time. oven cooks everything perfectly every time, great for busy people who want to eat healthy…my husband says the meals are better than going out to eat…

The meals are fresh, flavorful, and filling. There are many choices for all palates. The oven is fabulous.

I like the convenience and meal variety. Using differing cooking methods within the same meal prep works quite well, and the quality is excellent.

I am newly widowed. Finding this meal service is one of the best things I have found. It was difficult navigating the single meal cooking. You made an unpleasant task very manageable.
