Non-delivery or refund of motorcycle swingarm order in Nov 2020, which was paid in full 2153 usd via credit card. My order number is 2807, within in 5 years, I try to reach them for money time, but still no any answer to me. I am live in China, all Harley parts bought from US, since I like Harley and trust US made Harley parts, I bought a lot from different company and website, this is the only company doing business like that. I couldn't believe they are doing a Business Fraud. The only meassge I got was from their website "chat with us", said my email and order number was provided wrong, ironically the only email I got from them with order number is the same email. I just want my money back.

STAY AWAY FROM -->Trac Chassis Sports its their new name but the business is still Trac Dynamics.. Company fails all they do is change the name to scam more people.. Do not do business with these people.. My experience was through 2023 to 2025

These guys are top notch! You're not going to find better quality anywhere. Everything was well packaged, mounted up perfectly, and delivery was a week early. Highly recommend these guys!!

Messed around for a year. No swingarm and no refund!!!!!! No communication.

On 22 May 2022 I ordered a “billet racer swingarm” from Trac Dynamics via their website after email correspondence (as the product was not listed on their site but a variation of an existing product).

After 11 months on April 22nd 2023 I sent a message on social media to Trac Dynamics about my order which was responded to days later saying they would check my order status. They provided no update.

On May 1st 2023 I emailed asking for an update with no response.

On May 8th I sent two emails asking for a refund which was responded to the same day saying they would have my order in 2 weeks but I had lost faith by now and asked for a refund again on May 9th and 12th.

On May 12th 2023 they said I would receive a refund.

The refund has not yet been processed after 8 more emails and numerous attempts to contact via social media from May through till today (20 October 2023).

To this day they have not refunded my order, which was not an insignificant sum of money to me, thousands of dollars with poor customer service and being ignored across 3 seperate email addresses (all of which have responded at least once so they are monitored) and their Instagram social media account, which is active with posts in September since I have emailed and direct messaged.
