Using Tradecert has saved so much time in typing up certificates, the lay out is clear and quick to enter details. Using AI to generate board info is a game changer. They are quick to respond for issues or any ideas too. Well worth getting.

I honestly can’t fault Tradecert. The customer service alone sets them apart from anything else I’ve used in the industry.

I sent an email to support and within 10 minutes I’d had a phone call followed up with a WhatsApp message that level of response is almost unheard of these days. Proper, personal support when you actually need it.

This is a game changer of an App. It's so logical to use and works seamlessly across platforms.
I've tried a number of certification software platforms but this beats them all hands down.
It's also great to have a software development team who are so responsive to any ideas/suggestions or just straight forward queries.

Excellent experience from onboarding to implementation it has been so easy to come away from the NIC. This will not do the work for you that isn’t what it’s for but it will assist you better than any other certification software out there. I’ve noticed a lot of the hype is around the AI but the interface is what has sold me it’s clean and it is so quick. I haven’t noticed it stutter once and I’ve just imported 21 DBs for a huge commercial EICR. What would’ve been 3 days of admin typing circuit charts out etc was completed in around 10 hours. It’s a game changer and I really don’t want to tell people about it to be honest because as it stands I have an advantage over my competitiors.

After using Tradecert for several months, I can confidently say it's the most streamlined and effective testing/certification software I've ever used. It stands out as the best option available for creating electrical certificates and reports.
What I love most is how intuitive and efficient it is – it cuts down the admin time significantly while keeping everything compliant and accurate. The multi-device support and real-time syncing make daily work much smoother, and the overall workflow feels thoughtfully designed for electricians.
I also had a quick chat with one of the developers, Charles, who was incredibly helpful when I had some questions – it’s great to see such responsive and knowledgeable support from the team behind the software.
