After spending a few months myself running job adverts trying to find the right people to join our team; it just seemed like a never ending battle. Unqualified applications kept pouring in and I had no recruitment strategy behind me to keep on top of it regardless.
Jack from Trade Recruit however is something else 👌🏼 I gave him the job role I wanted filling and explained the type of person I was after.
Within 2 days he had found that golden goose. Jack took care of the entire interview process, the admin required and the follow up calls.
Not only did he take that headache away from me but he was able to provide me someone I already see being a key player in the growth of our business.
Jack, you’re a star and you’ll be doing all our recruitment from here on out 🏆
