Great product, easy online ordering and fast delivery. Slight hick-up with the battery delivery which arrived a few days after the main products (considered dangerous goods). ***** no hesitation to order again.

Delivery was quick. It did take our handy person one and 1/2 days to full put up and anchor down but it was a smooth and easy process as has good instructions so you don't need to be a builder to put it up. Handy to have a couple of extra people if you need to move it once frame together and helped with putting on cover - choose a non-windy day! A fantastic product and very happy with both product and dealing with Trade Tested. Totally the place to buy and we will be back for other purchases when needed - Wildlife Foxton Trust.

Excellent service, super quick delivery and the product is great quality at a very reasonable price. These guys care about their products and service provision which is refreshing in these "on line" days. They checked in with me 14 days later to ensure everything was going ok.

I brought the raised garden beds from Trade Tested and they arrived within days of my order. Very simple to put together and they look great filled with soil and with the seedlings planted in them.

I placed an online order for a product which arrived with lightning speed. The ordering and payment process was simple, and the company emailed a month or so after purchase to check everything was okay (it was) - the product was well packed and works perfectly. What a great month has it been since I've purchased my dog training collar. I have already recommended this dog training collar to several family members that also have pet dogs, I made sure I advised them to purchase the collar online at trade tested. I still am amazed to how fast, efficient, simple and just so easy life can be as a dog owner with this dog training collar. It wasn't even expensive and yet so effective to dog training. I own a rottweiler who loves to bark at absolutely nothing, literally barking at the birds and bees, after a few beeps and vibrations her barking is now under control. There was no need to use the shock.

I ordered the 6 x 4 louvre system and 3 x blinds. The next morning I received a call from Nick at Trade Tested querying my blind order (as one blind would not fit the system) I called back and spoke with Matthew who changed my order on the spot for me. WONDERFUL service. I never expected that a busy place like Trade Tested would pick up my error. BTW this is the second louvre system I have purchased (bought a new home) and they are FANTASTIC!

What a disaster!

I ordered a bunch of stuff, they sent me the wrong items, I let them know and asked to be sent the correct items. they kept dragging their foot, I suppose because they wanted to make sure that I ship the wrong items back. the arranged for a pickup, their pickup person showed up at 3pm instead of scheduled 9am. I had to take two hours off my day to accommodate for it. Now they have their items back and I have neither my order or my money. Think twice before you order anything from them. Think long and think hard!

The cupboard is perfect for the use we are putting it to.
We are happy with the product.
And Trade tested staff were very helpful.
