We were served by Sid. We were served by Sid from the team. Very patient towards my parents and myself enquiring about the last booking and the new booking. Very approachable, understanding and the best thing was when I was stuck to explain to my dad in my mother tongue, Sid comfortably helped. He went through everything step by step with my dad and didn't get off the phone until my dad was satisfied. We've been to him in the past, today as well and hopefully in the near future.
