No fuss or bother

I have the Max Porter and after a few uses the plastic case cracked around the handles. Likely from baggage handlers. Not ideal for a frequent traveller. Report the issue to warranty. Thy replied and set up a replacement with no fuss or bother. A little long waiting for responses but when they came it was dearly with quickly and efficiently.

Now I have another and it’s has so far done 4 international trip. Holding up very well.

Terrible customer service

the first 6 months the wheel comes off. I requested a warranty claim and it gets denied. I would not recommend and stick with bigger companies samsonite, away, travel pro.

Traveler’s Choice customer service is an oxymoron

The upper handle came off on one end of my trunk. I’ve reached out multiple times with pictures on their repairs web page. I just want to purchase a goddamn part. Not even trying to claim a warranty, and I’ve gotten no reply from these idiots. Their website talks a good game but in reality, their customer service is F’d up and they suck!

I would rate 0 if I could

I would rate 0 if I could. I spent a lot of time reading reviews and looking for a durable suitcase for my trip overseas. I purchased luggage from Traveler's choice. Used the bag on my first trip and the handle jammed and would not go up or down. When I wrote customer service about it they told me to go through warranty department, which I did all the things they asked. Instead of sending me a new bag. Which is what I expected since the suitcase was less than 30 days old and I only used it on 1 trip. They sent me a new handle. So now I am expected to have to figure out how to get the old handle off and physically put the new handle on. This is IMPOSSIBLE because the original handle is rivetted onto the bag. So now I have an almost $400 piece of junk! Customer service will not respond to me. I have reached out numerous times.

Website rejects mailing address customer support messages

I tried to select a suitcase but the shipping address is not accepted. When I entered our home address, I receive this error: "Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address." I used their webpages address search tool and used the verified address, to which I receive packages often. So this is ridiculous.

Additionally, when I attempted to send a message through the Customer Care page on their website, I received an incorrect statement that the "Email can't be blank. Note is invalid," followed by duplicate (??) error messages saying the message can't be sent, and to try again later.

This series of errors -- from a rejection of a known mailing address, to the inability to send customer support messages -- is unbelievable and instills no confidence in this company.

zipper tore loose after 3 flights

Traveler's Choice Pagosa medium checked.
The zipper holding the two halves of the suitcase together pulled loose from the suitcase after three flights. Nothing to stop the zipper from pulling loose all the way around the suitcase. No response to warranty claim.

BEWARE!! THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR PARTS STILL UNDER WARRANTY!!

The luggage is good, but now that the handle won't move up or down and I have filed a claim, they are charging me for the part! It's still under warranty!!

The email comes from AI bots and it keeps telling me the same things! I tell it that it's under warranty and I shouldn't have to pay and it tells me I will be charged for the part and, if international shipping is involved, I'll have to pay for it! I live in the US!

After I respond that it's under warranty, their system generates the SAME email! Endless loop!

BEWARE!!

Broken Handle Unrepairable

A handle broke on one of my suitcases, and Traveler's Choice promptly sent me a new handle - no questions asked. But when I tried to install the new handle, my suitcase was manufactured slightly different and the old handle wouldn't come out. After exchanging numerous emails to customer service, I just couldn't repair the suitcase myself. Traveler's Choice was extremely patient with me, helpful and cordial. Because the suitcase was slightly different, they just sent me a new one. Great Customer Service!! Thank you!

Travelers choice products might look…

Travelers choice products might look nice, however after only a few uses my luggage handle stopped working. I have been in contact with the org to get a replacement handle as the bag is rendered useless. The customer service has been awful and I am yet to find anyone to assist. I have provided receipt of purchase, photos and videos. If you are thinking of purchasing their products it appears they don’t really stand behind them. Sad, it’s a great looking bag.

Every handle snapped

Bought two large hardside cases. Used three times each (6 direct flights) and both handles on both cases broke off. Contacted customer service, jumped through all their hoops for pictures, additional picture, proof of purchase etc, to be told we could buy the handles for $20 each…what happen to the warranty? Clearly a design flaw or poor quality for every handle to snap off with so little usage!

Horrible business

Horrible business. Noah in Boise is rude, pushy, and hangs up when you’re not interested in his spam he’s pushing on you. I wouldn’t do business with this company if it was free and that’s what he tried telling me.

Don't choose Traveler's Choicecompany makes a decent piece of…

This company makes a decent piece of luggage, but they do not honor their warranty and ignore followup attempts to contact company. The luggage I purchased came with a 10year warranty, I still have the tag that came attached to the product. When the interior luggage zipper fell apart, I filed a warranty claim only to be told that the Luggage has a 3 year warranty.
So don't deal with a company that does not stand behind their product. There are other choices for lightweight Luggage from reputable companies.

Ten years intensive use - faultless

Been using intensively a set of two suitcases (a small carry on and a larger one) for ten years now. I got them at an outlet store in California as I needed them urgently, literally went halfway around the world several times using these cases. They have been performing faultlessly and survived several other suitcases I bought in the meantime - including one Samsonite!

Very sturdy design, robust and lots of space. Can´t believe really how well they kept together, exceeded my expectations by far!
