This is the first time I have booked with Travelplanners and dealt with Paul Corderoy. My recent experience of high street agencies hadn't been great, if it wasn't a straight forward package holiday, they couldn't be bothered ,quite a lot of apathy....until I spoke to Paul. He was polite, interested, knowledgeable and willing to bend and flex to ensure I got the holiday that was right for us.Nothing was a bother which is much appreciated from a fellow ex travel agent.We are looking forward to our holiday all the more now! Thanks Paul!

I always trust Travelplanners. Especially Adam, he is always attentive and finds me the best deals, plus has a good knowledge of Florida.

We've just returned from our third trip booked through TravelPlanners and it was another fantastic holiday! Paul is our go to guy for any USA trips and is always so helpful and full of knowledge. When we travel to states we do multi centres with lots of moving parts and everything has always ran smoothly with great travel arrangements and fabulous hotels. Thank you to Paul and the aftersales team for being so responsive and brilliant! We'll be booking our next trip soon and wouldn't ever use anyone else.

I have just booked my first family holiday to USA. Paul Corderoy has been absolutely amazing throughout the process. He provided me with clear and precise information and sent over multiple quotes to address each of my needs. Paul was patient and understanding when I asked for changes to be made, and nothing was too much trouble. He found us a fantastic deal and gave some great travel advice and tips to get the most out of our trip. I highly recommend Paul if anyone is planning a holiday!!

In 2024 we booked a holiday through Paul Corderoy and from start to finish he was brilliant! Very knowledgable, listened exactly to what I wanted, very responsive and supportive to all my questions, the service was honestly amazing. I’d go as far as saying the best holiday booking experience we’ve had. The holiday Paul planned for us was the most incredible holiday, so much so Paul has planned our 2025 holiday too! He’s honestly been a pleasure to deal with, thank you so much Paul !!

I used Travelplanners to book our family holiday to Florida. We all had a brilliant time and I will be recommending the company to family and friends when booking their holidays in future. The agents were so knowledgeable with everything Florida and Disney. Big thankyou to Paula for helping with the initial booking of flights, accommodation and car hire. The villa was amazing everyone had so much space and I really appreciated all her recommendations, as originally, we were planning on staying on another resort. Thankyou also to Jorden for helping with our Disney park tickets and all the help and advice given. We are all very sad to be home, but hopefully in the future we will book again.

Would just like to thank Steve for all is hard work and providing us with a fantastic price and holiday package.
His professionalism with answering all my questions was spot on and couldn't of been more helpful.

Great staff ,told what I wanted and they made it all happen .Great price and very happy to surprise my wife with possibly her dream holiday .flights were changed but I was informed and given 2 choices .

Initial contact great, follow up and changes not great, I added an extra night and 2 weeks later still awaiting confirmation that this has been done and I have chased twice. Price was good but follow up customer service not so good

Having just returned from our Caribbean cruise and Universal stay organised by David M and honestly it could not have gone any better!! Great service from TP including making a few changes - always a super fast and helpful response from Amy and Lesley. Would recommend.

I booked a holiday in November 2024 for 4 nights in Orlando and a cruise to the Bahamas (Celebrity Refection)
Adam was very helpful booking the holiday but when we REALLY needed his help he was of no use whatsoever. On the last night in Orlando I fell and broke my ankle , we decided to go to the advent clinic rather than ED as we thought this would take too long because we had a flight to catch early the next morning however because of the timing we were in a state of panic, we couldn't get any help from the insurance company so early in the morning we tried to contact Adam as we didn't know whether we should continue the holiday or come home.When we eventually contacted him his reply was"If you miss your flight you are on your own"
We carried on and were rushed through security and caught the flight and went on the cruise.
I know this is no fault of Adams or Travel Planners but we had the most awful holiday ever and the reason for this review so long after the holiday is that I am struggling to get over it and can't possibly think of going away again.
On the other hand the hotel that we were given was awful but we didn't complain about the rusty microwave and the worn out chair and filthy carpet as we weren't going to be there for long but when I needed a wheelchair as I couldn't walk we were given a leaflet about hiring one(11pm)for two days (Were were leaving a few hours later)
We don't normally complain about anything but even on the ship only the cabin boy was of any help.
I know my broken ankle was nobody's fault but Adam could have been a bit more considerate.

Very patient with us to find a package that suited us , used travel planners previously and will use them again .

Would always recommend Travelplanners for your holiday needs.
Paul has booked holidays for us a couple of times and nothing is ever too much trouble. Paul really knows his stuff, he keeps in contact with you throughout the booking process and is great for all round information.
