Treadwright Tires Opiniones 1500

I was an exclusive buyer of Treadwright tires since 2018. In that time I’ve purchased 28 tires from them and over the last 3 years I’ve received 6 bad tires from them. Most of them for very obvious broken belts. Their warranty department was decent but isn’t now. Last year I called and called and emailed and emailed, it took over two months to get a response from them. Even sending them more than enough proof with pictures they still want to give you a hard time and treat you like you’re trying to get over on them. The last straw was purchasing tires for my wife’s truck and in less than a hundred miles we had major tread separation, simply wasn’t bonded to the casing. I called the warranty department and was treated like I was trying to mess them over. The replacement they sent was received and mounted but with 20psi it had a bulge that was growing. A bulge that was 3”x1/2” so I quit filling it with air and contacted their warranty department. They tried to convince me that it was overlap although it was clearly a busted belt. Spoke to the manager and she pushed the same thing. Clearly a dangerous tire to use with a blown sidewall and they were trying to get me to use it. That’s reckless endangerment at a minimum. After having a belly full and putting my foot down I insisted they cover the cost of having to mount their bad tires and wasted time shipping them back. I hadn’t done that in the past but with the attitude and this being the 5th and 6th tire I have had enough. 1 out of every 4.5 tires purchased has been bad and they try to get you to use dangerously messed up tires. Not a good company to do business with.

The online ordering experience was great. I could easily compare sizes and tread patterns to make a decision. My tires were shipped quickly and arrived as expected from FedEx. I had them installed at Belle Tire. They are quiet and have been performing excellent in this Michigan winter.

I have bought 4 sets of tires from tread weight over the years and they always perform as expected and at a price you can’t beat.

When I paid for the tires I paid for premiums and they sent me blemishes. All tires were out of round. They sent 4 new tires that were exactly the same way after they said they would inspect them.

I have worked in the automotive industry for 8 years and have been working on all sorts or cars, trucks and machinery since I was little.
I understand that the tires are purchased are mud terrain and let’s say off road use. I did have them static balanced like was recommended. I expected to have noise when going down the highway and maybe a little rougher ride. I also only drive to work 10 miles both ways on the pavement and the rest is for use on the farm.
This being said I am good with the noise level but the ride is very very disappointing. The vibration these tires have I should have just not balanced them. I have only put under 1,000 miles but I surely don’t expect them to get any better.

3000 miles on the tires and one bulged in the middle of the tread. I tried to limp it a couple miles home and it blew out. I am getting a new one after buying the road hazard warranty even though it should be covered under the one year manufacturer defect warranty. If it happens again i will have to swallow my pride and go buy some real tires.

3 out of 4 tires failed after 3 months.
Treadwright would only give me half of my money back.
They didn’t even respond to my first review because they have no excuse.

Amazing customer service and the tires are awesome. They handle amazing in the snow we get in Buffalo NY. Definitely have a life customer out of me and for the price can't go wrong .

Sidewall cracking on one tire, looks like the rubber did not bond to the case. I don't think is going to create a problem just looks odd.
Other wise love the tires.

I bought 4- 235/80/17 Wardens. The tread looks great, tires look great, good grip.i use them on my plow truck. 2 of the 4 required alittle over 4 Oz. of weight while the other 2 required less than an 1Oz. The tires look good, they are smooth on the hwy and, they're quiet! On top of everything the price was great, and the shipping was fast. I'm very happy with the tires and when I have a need I will buy more tires from Treadwright!

TreadWright tires was an excellent choice for tires for my truck. I had been looking at A/T tires for my Silverado 2500 for a while. Everything I had found up to that point was going to cost close to $2k. I found TreadWright through the suggestion of a friend, ordered a set of the Axiom II, and have been very happy so far. I've put around 4,000 miles on the tires and they still look brand new. I live in NorCal, and they have performed amazingly in the snow storms we have had, they do very well on dry pavement, and have done good in the little bit of dirt/mud I have had them in. The ordering process was very easy, and the customer service was good. Only time will tell how long these tires will last, but my guess is for a good while. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend ordering a set of tires from them.

Was super excited to get these tires. Once installed they are loud and do have considerable vibration with them. Within first month had one tire lose a chunk of tread. Not hopeful for longevity of these tires hoping the others don’t start falling apart.

Tires look and perform great. Close to half as noisy as my comparable KOs they replaced. Certainly heavy duty treads and quality made. Only about 2k miles but took a long trip the very next day with little to worry.
PS - TWright sent the incorrect tires and quickly made it right without hassle. Thanks’Merica

tires roll down the road some not noisy .

The tires were junk and Shop had a hard time balancing them from the get-go. I will say they did honor warranty but I went through about eight tires before I finally took them off and got rid of them. Tread kept separating. Looks good but I will never buy again.

If I could give no star I would. I order stuff online alot and this is the worst experience ever. I ordered two tires in October and still haven't received but one tire and it's December! The second tire is supposed to be enroute, but I'm not holding my breath.

A little uncertain on when the tires would ship but very responsive to my emails and once they shipped, they arrived a day early!
