Wrong delivery address and disappointing customer service experience
My order had a clearly specified delivery address, yet the parcel was delivered to a different house number and received by a third party. Initially, the company attempted to explain the issue by referring to my billing address, even though the billing address and delivery address are separate pieces of information.
The company later acknowledged that the correct delivery address had been provided to the carrier and that a delivery error likely occurred. However, they illegally refused to issue a refund or resend the order unless I signed a sworn declaration.
As a customer, I find it unacceptable to be asked to sign legal documents in order to resolve a mistake that I did not cause. Responsibility for correct delivery rests with the seller and the carrier they chose to use. I am not legally obliged to sign any document.
Unfortunately, the handling of this case and the company's approach have left me very disappointed. I am still looking forward to an amicable resolution.

Great catalogue and range of products
Great catalogue and range of products. I have been a repeat customer for years, since their launch here. However in recent purchases i witness a decline in quality of certain items. For example the pearl bracelet. Fewer stones, smaller and unsubstantial. Or a pin for a tie. Nice, brushed metallic, but ridiculously small. Like 2cm or sthg. What's that supposed to hold? Certainly not a dress tie.
Small complaints accumulate. Designs are good but there has to be quality across the board, too.
