Great but must be improved
Great products and very fast dispatching.
Although there are some issues that have to be improved:
1) Website navigation needs to be faster. It's extremely slow.
2) some product pictures are not real but artificially made in computer

There was no difference between what I saw and what I bought, i.e. you can trust the website, the pictures are accurate. I don't think I've ever seen another company ship products that quickly, abroad. They gave me an ETA, and honored it. Great experience, overall.

I am not satisfied. This is the second time I have ordered a product for a Christmas gift. While you stated that it would be delivered in 3-5 days and I informed you that if it takes more than 7 days, I wouldn't be able to receive it, I ended up receiving it completely late, at least 12 days afterwards.
