We are no longer dealing with Tres Energy.

Mark is a smooth talker but not technical, the 2 hour sales pitch was very wearing but I asked certain questions which were confirmed. Mark left quickly without leaving documentation as we didn't take the offer there and then (£8.6k for 9kw battery, inverter, gateway - IF we wanted solar panels £10k+ addition).

We chose the battery method. Install was booked very quickly but as didn't accept the initial offer on the day of the quote it seemed to completely mess up their system.

No contract received before install, phoned office with installers outside to confirm if I should let it go ahead as no contract. Yes. They installed.

2 days later we received the contract. A large portion of the sales talk was not included in the contract. The battery was not charging - We found out this was due to us not accepting the offer on the initial quote.

After enquiring, a week after install we finally received a call 'we can talk it through over the phone'. They are not cheap and their customer service is a large part of their pitch. For us, as we didn't accept on the day of the very extended sales pitch/quote it meant the CS was nothing like promised.

Luckily due to office delays we hadn't signed a contract, after discussion all was removed and everything for the initial deposit refunded - hence 2 Stars. They put everything back as it was but I would never recommend them to someone looking at Solar.

Very pleased with the battery and installation. Already noticed a lot of savings on our bills. Riz was very knowledgeable. Pleasant process going through it all, we highly recommend

Riz couldnt be more helpful, really passionate and good at explaining the system to us. We are already benefiting a lot from the new system and we can see it from the monitoring how much our solar has been generating, we are finally utilising the battery to its full potential to reduce our electric bills. We are very glad we had it done with Tres Energy. We highly recommend them!

Dealt With Tyler and couldn't fault anything - excellent all round

I feel that Mark is a extremely polite and excellent person to deal with regarding solar panel and energy advice. Polite and helpful. Obviously will save us money. And its a pleasure dealing with him, full marks to Tres Energy. I feel that Tres Energy is a trustworthy company and I have felt with other companies I have been scammed.

Mark was knowlegeable and thorough with his explanation of our review and advice. Great sense of humour too.
