With an unmatched zest for yoga, Trideer’s expert innovation team made what started with a single line of classic matte yoga balls soon blossom into a full line of yoga products: blocks, bolsters, mats, pants and beyond. On the path of helping our customers build a healthier and happier lifestyle, we never stop striving to be a global leader in top-notch yoga and fitness products. In a digital world of accelerated pace, where speed is everything, we tend to forget to take a moment to pause to tune into our inner voice. Trideer has embarked on a mission to pave a slow and gentle path to transformation - the “slow revolution”, in the midst of chaos, using what we created, through every full breath we take, every mindful move we make, every deep stretch we extend, and every meditative pose we strike. Slowing down and finding quiet are the sources of nourishment of our inner life. To embrace a moment of serenity is to befriend the world that comes to balance in us. As an adventurer and explorer in fitness, Trideer’s expert innovation team make yoga and fitness accessible to all, regardless of age, body size, gender, or fitness level. Legit company, good communication
I was skeptical from the other reviews and thought that maybe I had been scammed, but they responded promptly to my emails and I just received my order that I placed on Black Friday. Great communication and good product.

I never received my order
I never received my order. I wrote to the company three times over the course of a month, and each time they told me it was on its way. I never received it. Thankfully I had paid by PayPal, so I was able to escalate the issue. I understand that the item was coming from China, but my order never shipped.

Watch out, y'all!
Buyer beware! They did not send any of the yoga balls I ordered. They're not answering my calls or emails. The box they sent contained items I did not order and do not want. Plus, they are using the tracking number from that erroneous package to dispute my claim with PayPal/credit card company! Unbelievable.

Excellent product and impressive service!
I am super impressed! I recently purchased a Trideer exercise ball for use in my classroom with teenage boys. After a month of use I had my school purchase 3 more. However, the first ball had a massive blowout leaving me concerned that I had wasted money buying additional balls. I contacted Trideer and after sending them the requested pictures (which seemed reasonable) they sent me a new one! I definitely recommend this company with the caveat that I have only tried one product.

I wanted a 1 1/2 inch yoga strap but…
I wanted a 1 1/2 inch yoga strap but did not on know that it needed to be a 12 loop not a 10 loop strap. Trideer customer service responded quickly and worked around their standard return practices to find a no-cost way for me to receive the 1 1/2 inch yoga strap a no cost. Also note that delivery was very quick.
