Terrible company do NoT use for medical cover
My daughter taken ill on holiday with medical emergency. Absolutely no response from insurers despite calls and numerous emails.we are still in Brazil and I have arranged to repatriate my daughter with no assistance or communication from insurer. I will now refer to insurance ombudsman on my return. I have raised a complaint with the insurer but no response let alone offer of assistance. I will take legal advice on return Do NOT use this company.

I called medical assistance last night
after a bad fall not just once but 3 times to no answer just a dead line.
Not good enough and I warn everyone to stay clear of this insurance company.

So I've always insured my phone through…
So I've always insured my phone through trusted insurance even getting my friends to sign up. I've always paid my premiums. I cover my phone for loss amd theft. I was on a night out for my friends birthday party.. my phone was stolen, I have reported ot to the police and report my loss including immobiliser website and the handset has been blocked. The have refused my claim. The have treated my case horrendous including not dealing with the Information I've sent them correctly. I have autism blood cancer and very vulnerable. I have had a traumatic experience and will urge anyone with caution not to use this insurance company. I'm not having to wait for a reply for a review of the case and also a complaint has been maid. If someone steals your phone amd you have insurance and pay every month you should never be treated in this way. I just hope it dose happen to anyone else. Il be waiting on a reply and taking this to the financial ombudsman.

Easy to arrange and provided the cover we were looking for, at a good price. One must have was not to have a refurbished phone replacement, which the policy stated a new phone would be available.

However, we must inform you that this is not a new for old policy, as per page 16 on your policy booklet, where it stipulates the following: 'Where we replace the gadget(s), the replacements may be pre-owned, refurbished or remanufactured (not brand new). This is not a new for old insurance policy.'

Terrible experience with this company. After sending in my MacBook for repair, I received no communication whatsoever. I had to call multiple times for updates, only to be told they couldn’t provide any because their outsourced third-party repair service wasn’t responding. When I finally got my MacBook back, the original issue was still there. They admitted they missed something and asked me to send it in again. Completely unacceptable—avoid this company at all costs
