I submitted a mobile phone insurance claim yesterday and have heard nothing.
I just called their helpline to be told they could do nothing for at least 2 days at which point they will review it and possibly start the repair process. Couldn't even tell me if they had everything they needed for the claim or the timeline for repair once they have everything.
Ridiculous for mobile insurance when you need fast and efficient replacements. I would advice sticking with bank or phone company insurance which replace/repair within 24 hours!

Straight forward and really easy to use website.
They were not the cheapest, however, they had things in their smaller print (which wasn't written in their main write up about what they offered) which covered everything i needed covering.
