Awful experience
Initial impression was good. But overall awful experience, no preparation on file i had to change solicitors part way through the case. I have given it 2 star for the initial impression.

Never ever go for this company
Never ever go for this company. I was told by them to accept the accusations in the interview as the evidence against me was strong. He didn't know what he was talking about. I was never charged and was released after hours. Kevin M his name is and this happenedin Stoke-on-Trent police station. Avoid this guy.

I had them as duty solicitor at the police station because I thought they would get me out quickly but the woman that turned up was moaning about how tired she was!

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. They will offer you a very poor service and even worsen your case. Many people are victim of their bad service. One of their clients was even advised to plead guilty and finally went alone in the case and has been found not guilty. They definitely do Public Fund Misuse. Never go to them if you are awarded legal aid as it is the biggest firm in UK taking on legal aid applications so they definitely mistreat their customers. My current solicitor Nimesh Kotecha is not reachable and very unprofessional. He even sent me by text “Ok Brother” . It’s quite shocking to see how this firm is taking advantage of taxpayers money.
