Fantastic service and lovely products. Couldn't be happier.

Excellent products, extremely well made and thought out, with good quality materials. We have four nests, the oldest two are 10 years old and still look amazing. Our labradors love them and the beds are really supportive for the older boy, which he really appreciates. The fleece cover we have just bought is a brilliant idea - even though the beds are washable the British weather isn’t always in agreement about drying them! Great company, thank-you.

This is my second bed, replaced after 12 years.
My dog sits outside on her bed, it’s waterproof if I forget to bring it in, easy to hose down, well padded so comfy now she’s getting older.

Great products with honest, helpful people at the other end of a phone to answer questions - a rare commodity nowadays!
The Tuffies beds and covers (admittedly an expensive outlay at the beginning) last literally for years when correctly cared for, and we have purchased several times over the years. Our last nest was bought a year ago now and still looks like new. Previous beds lasted 10+years. All the dogs we’ve ever had, without exception, have absolutely loved their beds, particularly the nests. They obviously feel very comfortable, safe and secure in their beds.
They are easy to clean and definitely wick away any dampness from soggy, wet bodies. Our springer spaniels very seldom come back from a walk without being wet and covered in mud, thereby needing hosed off and towel dried, but we know they will dry off in their beds, without lying on a damp cover or base.
We simply can’t recommend them enough and they are worth every penny!

A year on this bed is still as good as new, it has been washed and still remains a firm favourite in the house.

I bought a Tuffies bed for our Doberman for when she has to go into kennels. She destroys bedding like a shredder. So, obviously, she’s not using it all the time but so far so good - she hasn’t managed to chomp it and does seem to find it comfortable - kennels are happy as she previously destroyed all their indestructible beds!

Excellent product and customer service, 18 months ago I purchased 1 for inside with a cover and my lurcher scratches it a lot and you can't tell. I had an issue with the stitching on one cover and was quite happy to send it back and have it restitched. Tuffies sent a new one out no questions asked. I also have 1 outdoors for spring/summer. I would definitely buy again. But the quality is that good I'm not sure I will need to!!

My recent order had an issue with the stitching (bed cover) and the team were so responsive and sent a replacement out straight away - tuffies products are always such high quality I've had the bed itself 4+ years now! It's a fantastic brand and people.
