Ordered new radiator from Screwfix, unfortunately not available as click + collect instead Shipped directly from supplier. Tufnells messaged to say delivery will be made on 19th Dec, no delivery . Tried to get in touch for an update 10 times no response at all.
Called Screwfix to arrange new delivery which arrived on 19th Dec just as plumber was finishing so radiator installed
Tufnells arrived yesterday with the radiator over a week later than advised, I rejected the item
A total shambles of a company, really surprised how they are still in business

Will never use them

I received a text and an email stating a Christmas tree would be delivered to my address on 14th December. Waited in all day. No delivery.
It is now 21 December no sign of delivery, no further contact from the company and no reply to messages sent via the "instant" response form on their website (seemingly the only avenue for communication).
I would strongly advise avoiding using this firm and checking anyone you purchase items for delivery from does not use them. Chances are you will not get anything.

Absolutely disgusting company hope they wrote in hell

I placed an order for 70 bathroom panels with a company online. Tuffnells sent me an email stating delivery would be on the 13 Dec. A delivery arrived on the 18 Dec but was only for 12 bathroom panels. The driver said he didn’t know where the rest were and couldn’t help. I’ve tried to contact customer service 3 times and not received a response, no telephone number. Absolute joke of a company, do not use. I still haven’t received the remaining 58 panels.

Maybe if you replied to customers who contacted you, or invested in a call centre the reviews wouldn’t be so poor. Additionally, invest in a tracking system that works as it still states all my goods will be delivered on 13 Dec.

Was informed by e mail and a mattress and pillows supplied by Hypnia would be arriving mon 18/12/23 between 08.00 and 20.00. Wasted entire day as they never showed. Tracking items did not work. No response to e mails. Driver turns up next day with no advance call with only pillows on van. IRefused to accept partial delivery. Driver said perhaps mattress would turn up next day , needless to say found myself getting a tad irked.However driver returned an hour later with all items. This was just a wind up from start to finish,why does Hypina use this company .

If I could give a zero I would. I received a bright email 14 days ago, telling me to expect a large delivery of wall panels the next day from 8.00 onward. A tracking number was provided. BUT THIS DID NOT WORK!
Two days later, after waiting in all day - still no delivery. I tried to contact Tuffnells. The only way I could find was the chat box on their website. Four chats later and 14 days later I have received NO REPLY AT ALL. After chasing my poor supplier on a daily basis I received a delivery after 10 days. BUT GUESS WHAT? Two large packs of the 8 packs shipped were missing! I am still waiting for delivery of those. Apparantly Tuffnells have found them at the warehouse - but they are not delivering!
WHAT AN ABSOLUTE MESS which has cost me an installer's missed day's labour charge and if it continues I will lose his slot to install. USE TUFFNELLS AT YOUR PERIL!

Tuffnells have just delivered ONE panel - not two. One panel has gone missing. HOW CAN YOU "LOSE" A PANEL 9ft x 4ft? Absolute clowns!

They were meant to deliver my Christmas tree on Thursday last week, today is Monday, no tree, no contact. Nothing. Totally unreliable and and uncommunicative.

We booked an urgent large item with Tuffnells, but they failed to collect for two consecutive working days. No apology or explanation whatsoever. We had to cancel and switch to another courier.

Absolutely rubbish. We ordered a Christmas tree that was never delivered. The tracking never worked, the seller was told it was out for delivery which appears to be a pack of lies. I don't recommend anyone uses this company if they want to receive their orders.

Should of had delivery today 8am-6pm no notifications and no deliveries I’ve emailed and no reply looks like I’ve been scammed buying a Christmas Tree need to get on to them tomorrow

Do not use this company!
Check with who you buy off to find out who they use and if it’s Tuffnells, tell the seller you don’t want them and ask for a different courier, even if it means paying more.
Tuffnells do not reply to messages and do not provide a number to call.
They do not deliver on the agreed date even when this was arranged weeks in advance.
Without doubt the worst courier company in the UK.

Similar experience to others. Received two messages simultaneously that my delivery (Christmas tree) would be made today between 08.00 and 18.00, and also that my delivery had already been made. Eventually managed to access the tracking, with the proof of delivery, being a photo of the package in their own warehouse. Three messages sent using their online form, no email or phone number for customers to actually speak to someone and find out what had gone wrong. No response since messaging them as soon as I received notice that the delivery had already been made. Kids are coming round tomorrow to decorate a tree that I don’t have. Terrible customer service with absolutely no response all day.

Update: tree arrived this morning, although still no update from customer care as to what was going on, so just lucky that I was in. Possibly upgrade to 2 stars as they got my tree here in one piece.

Couldnt get any response after many contacts with their 'instant response' left me with no communication, tried for days, no result. no phone number to call and a code that didn't work. Not very good

We now had the 3rd delivery that was done by Tuffnels, and not once have they delivered at the arranged date. There has also not been and notification and the tracking has not been working either. So I will avoid this company going forward whenever I can.

Waste of time and money! Going to delivery between 8 am to 12 pm, never turned up. no one to contact. No reply to emails. Waste of my Day.

Email from them stated delivery between 8am and 6pm today.No show. Waited in all day.
Numbers do not work. Email add is a no reply and tuffnells is spelt tufffnels on their email address.
Paid £25 for delivery. Reported to Paypal and ive contacted my bank.

Online tracker does not work, there is no number to call, online chat does not work. This was a problem when the paid-for next delivery was more than two days late. Terrible company. Do not trust them.

Awful service. There’s no phone number to call when there’s issue. My order number 69601, a sofa I purchased from Home Detail has a wrong shipping address. I was told it can’t be changed. Home Detail initially said delivery is Monday, but stuff else sent an email saying will arrive on Friday (next day) which I can’t accommodate. I have no one to call.

What an annoying company or whatever delivery
