Do not buy from here!

Put my order in- got ignored for a week, asked if the order had been received because the money was pending in my account. Got a message a week later saying it was my problem it was pending (awaiting claim by the merchant) and then they cancelled the order. Waste of time!

Avoid

Avoid.
Purchased a gas fryer, tried to use it once and the burners do not stay alight and therefore is impossible to cook with.
The knob on the fryer lid came off in my hand.
The handle on the basket also came off when being picked up.
The fryer is generally so flimsy and poorly made. It has actually caused injuries on our hands, cuts and slices from sharp and rough edges.
Currently trying to talk to the company and gain a refund, so far this is impossible, the company are blaming us and sending what look like AI generated emails. We have been back and forth with them and will be taking it further.
There are plenty of other reputable companies who deliver good customer service out there to hand your money to.

Let’s set the record straight: ALL of our LPG fryers come equipped with a gas safety cut-off device, as per industry standards. Either you lack the basic understanding of how such equipment works, or you are deliberately spreading falsehoods to tarnish our reputation.

As for your vague and childish remark about “everyone on Facebook complaining,” perhaps you should verify your sources before making such laughable statements. Making wild, unverified claims only reflects poorly on your credibility, not ours.

If you had a genuine concern, you could have contacted us directly like a responsible adult instead of hiding behind an anonymous, baseless review. But since you chose to act otherwise, let this serve as a public reminder that we do not tolerate misinformation and slander.

Next time, try backing up your claims with facts, not fiction.

It took a long time for my order to ship, and there was a lack of communication about what was going on during this time. However, I eventually received the correct product, and it arrived in good condition, so I am completely satisfied.

Avoid this company if you want good service & the product you want!

We ordered and paid for the machine we needed online and then received a message to say they didn't have that one and could send the next one up but I was to pay the extra amount. Felt like a bit of a scam so requested a price reduction but still ended up paying an extra £110. We're a small coffee van business so were trying to keep costs down. The machine was delivered quite speedily but it didn't have a UK gas fitting that we then had to source. The machine arrived with no installation or user manual and they didn't send a receipt for the higher priced machine. Customer service is appalling! I emailed and whatsapped for weeks requesting the manuals and receipt and received no reply and only when I threatened to leave a bad review on trust pilot did I receive it all 4 minutes later! Would not buy from them again or recommend. Their level of service is just not good enough and I don't like their scammish way of selling you a higher priced machine

This statement confirms that we informed you in advance about the product availability and price difference.
You voluntarily accepted the upgraded machine and agreed to pay the additional £110 before proceeding with the purchase.
A fully informed decision cannot be labeled as a "scam."
2️⃣ You acknowledged that the machine was delivered quickly
"The machine was delivered quite speedily."
This statement contradicts any suggestion of delivery delays or poor service.
3️⃣ You admitted that you received the manual and receipt

Am liebsten würde ich gar keine Stern Die Lieferung hat ewig gedauert. Auf Nachfrage wurde einmal geantwortet. Eine Rechnung hab es auch nicht. Der Shawarma Grill blieb beim Zoll in Leipzig hängen, und wir mussten noch hohe Zollgebühren zahlen. Da das Paket vom Zoll geöffnet worden war, kam das Gerät zerkratzt und defekt sowie ohne innere Originalverpackung an. Auf meine Kontaktversuche, sowohl per WhatsApp als auch per Email mit Fotos des Zustands der Lieferung wurden ignoriert. Eine Bestellung hier ist nicht zu empfehlen. Lasst bloß die Finger davon.

Jetzt kommt noch ein Update, weil Turcobazaar nur auf eine schlechte Bewertung reagiert. Ich wurde heute in der Antwort gebeten, mich direkt mit der Firma in Verbindung zu setzen. Das habe ich über die diversen Kanäle WhatsApp und Email getan und jeweils keine Antwort bekommen. Ich habe Fotos der beschädigten Ware als Beweis mitgeschickt. Keine Reaktion. Die in der Antwort getätigte Aussage, wir hätten unterschrieben, das Paket in einwandfreiem Zustand erhalten zu haben, stimmt auch nicht. Es ist lediglich bestätigt worden, dass das Paket zugestellt wurde.
Man hätte sofort auf meine verschiedenen Bitten um Hilfe reagieren können, dann hätte es sicherlich trotz der Beschädigung der Ware durch den Zoll keine schlechte Bewertung gegeben. Aber den Kunden zu ignorieren und sich dann hier nur gegen die schlechte Bewertung zu wehren, macht nichts besser.

Sie haben das Produkt bei der Lieferung ohne Beanstandung unterschrieben, was bedeutet, dass Sie es in einwandfreiem Zustand angenommen haben.
Zollgebühren sind gemäß internationalen Handelsbestimmungen immer die Verantwortung des Käufers. Dies ist auch in unseren Versandrichtlinien klar angegeben.
Die Aussage, dass die Lieferung "ewig gedauert" hat, ist nachweislich falsch. Wir haben das Produkt pünktlich versendet, und etwaige Verzögerungen lagen ausschließlich an der Zollabfertigung, die außerhalb unserer Kontrolle liegt.
2️⃣ Produktzustand & Verpackung:

Wenn Ihr Paket vom Zoll geöffnet und beschädigt wurde, liegt das nicht in unserer Verantwortung.
In solchen Fällen sollte der Kunde direkt den Zoll oder den Versanddienstleister kontaktieren, da wir keine Kontrolle über deren Handhabung haben.

it is worst of worst

it is worst of worst. they sent me wrong product, different from how it was described. customer service are too rude. they are not willing to help you at all. even though, return policy indicates that refund can be claimed with photos in case of item not as described, they wanted to me to send product back at my cost. I ask them to open a ticket with your shipping company. They refused. I already paid delivery once and I said the company must cover that cost and they refused it. They don't even follow their own return policy.

Saved my trading weekend !

I placed an order for an LPG fryer and needed it within a week to continue trading as needed. I had my item in 3 days !

I found TurcoBazaar by chance when looking for a lpg gas fryer. Their website was easy to navigate, I found the fryer that suited my needs at a fair price and placed an order. Turcobazaar helped me choose the fryer over the phone, yes they have a real person to talk me through the options and the order details were sent by email
The delivery by courier was straight forward and the fryer is great and suits my needs.

I purchase a CIBOPLUS at a very cheap price and it works perfectly. It is a wonderfull machine.

The delivery was long, it takes more than one month.

But Turcobazaar has been nice, diligent and reactive. Whatsapp discussion at late times aswell. They arrange us with borders taxes.

It is a nice company.

Decent company

I bought 1 doner robot, 2 gas fryers and 2 grill griddles. So far so good. The delivery took 2 weeks as it was promised. Products quality is great. Mr Bilgin was very helpful about to decide which product range I should choose for my business as Turcobazaar has a wide range of products for any business type for any budget.
