We were unsure which size temporary tyre to purchase. Indeed, we didn't really know that there were such things. Before buying on-line we telephoned the company and spoke to a chap in the shop or depot who was super helpful and explained it all to us. A few minutes later, the phone rang and it was his colleague who had been listening in. There was something else useful he could tell us and a marginally better sized tyre than the one we had chosen. They were so nice that we immediately placed our on-line order which arrived the following day. It's brilliant kit. Everything you need and more. Makes us feel confident that we could get our wheel changed in an emergency wherever we were. Thankyou!

Ordered a Premium Jack that comes in a carry bag etc - they sent completely the wrong Jack - different colour, not in a carry bag and the one I got was £15 cheaper? Tried numerous times to call them by phone but no answer. I emailed them and to be fair got a reply quickly and the situation was resolved with the old one collected and a new one sent out but how did it happen? The 2 jacks look completely different?

What was key was your email explaining sizes etc., I had tried contacting 2 other large organisations and got no response from them.

Great welcome, very fast to change all 4 tyres.

Bit of a surprise to find my ecosport titanium did not have a spare wheel .the solution was a space saver wheel they were all about £260 yours were just about half that . I am made up with the spare and it actually fits behind my seat wich is great because not much room in the boot .would highly recomend
