I used this company’s mobile tyre fitting service for what should have been a straightforward tyre replacement, and it has turned into a safety issue and a complete headache.

Soon after the fitting, the “new” tyre developed a slow puncture. I had not hit any potholes or debris and noticed that I was having to top up the pressure regularly. A subsequent check confirmed that the problem was with the tyre/fitting itself, not anything I had done.

When I raised this with the company, they refused to take proper responsibility or offer a straightforward fix (such as replacing the tyre they supplied or refunding me). I was left out of pocket and having to sort out a problem entirely of their making.

What makes this worse is that they appear to trade under multiple different brand names and websites, which makes it harder for customers to know who they are really dealing with or to warn others.

Tyres are a critical safety component – you need a supplier who will stand behind their work if something goes wrong. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and would strongly advise others to go elsewhere for tyres and fitting.

Suffered a serious puncture but luckily manage do get the car home without further damage. Contacted Greenflag as the repair kit supplied by Honda was useless as the split could not be sealed. The Greenflag mechanic was very helpful but informed me that I will have to get the tyre replaced by a reputable remote care tyre company. I looked on the web and found this excellent company who took some details and promised to be at my house within the hour. Arrived as mentioned, removed the damaged tyre, fitted a new tyre and did minor repairs to the rim to ensure a proper seal. Replaced the wheel and the whole job was completed within 30 minutes. The call out charge and the cost of the new tyre was very competitive compared to other local companies. Highly recommended.
