I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM, COST WAS $119. AFTER POSTAGE AND HANDLING IT CAME TO $213.53. I CLAIMED THRU PAYPAL DISPUTE AS I WAS NEVER CONTACTED BACK FROM YOUR COMPANY AND I AGREED TO BE REFUNDED BACK $213.53. THE AMOUNT I RECEIVED WAS ONLY $119. I WAS ASKED TO RETURN THE FAULTY PRODUCT WHICH COST ME A FURTHER $42.20 , SO NOW I AM OUT OF POCKET $136.73 . APPARENTLY WITH PAYPAL I ACCEPTED THE CLAIM AND THE CASE IS NOW CLOSED, SO MY ONLY WAY OF GETTING HEARD IS TO TELL ALL FRIENDS FAMILY AND HOPEFULLY THRU "REVIEW" I CAN LET ALL KNOW THAT YOU DON'T RETURN FULL AMOUNTS AS IF YOU SEND ME A FAULTY PRODUCT I AM LIABLE FOR FULL POSTAGE AND HANDLING FOR SOMETHING I HAD NO CONTROL OF.

However, because the case was closed via PayPal’s settlement, we recommend that you contact PayPal support directly. All communication and final financial resolutions must be documented there for the case to be reviewed.
Regarding your return shipping costs of $42.20 AUD, any documentation or receipts should be uploaded directly to the PayPal dispute for their review as part of the total claim.
We apologize for the faulty item and the inconvenience this has caused, but we are bound by PayPal’s process once a dispute is filed.

I ordered a phone case for a I Phone 13 pro. From U BUY.
They sent a case to suit a 13 PRO MAX which was too big for my phone. I asked for the item to be exchanged and they refused to help. They DECLINED TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND MY PURCHASE.

Quieter than old OWC 4m2
The product is good, quieter than the OWC 4m2 (old model). Delivery date changed after purchase - a minor annoyance. Due to my circumstances it hasn’t seen a lot of use yet.

A taste of Home
I bought Irn Bru sugar free from Ubuy. It’s impossible to source in Australia most of the year. So for an expat family from Scotland - great news for us. Delivery was early; packed exquisitely so zero leaks and tracked by DHL. Cannot say anything more. Stars say it. I don’t hand out 5 often. Was it cheap ? No of course not. But as a luxury item here ? Definitely worth it !

Absolutely terrible. Will never use again. So basically they are too unsafe for me to use now! We have a customs department to do this NOT ubuy and nothing was written as a warning before I bought it! I’ve asked for a refund via email and they refuse to answer. Don’t take the risk with this company!
