Sidd was very helpful, give this young man a Raise guys!

I had trouble getting my certificates shared onto LinkedIn and Madhu was very helpful and patient. He guided me through the whole process.

Madhu Pal (Sidd) helped me today. I explained my issue (i accidentally assigned an acess code to the wrong email, and my college wasn't letting me log in). Sidd was able to, within 3 minutes or so, identify my problem and fix this for me. This is the second time I reached out about this issue, the first time wasn't resolved but Sidd got this done instantly. Thank you Sidd!

Patient and helpful, she was understanding and quick.

Using the chat I was able to receive quick, easy help. I had to use it multiple times to work out little issues and I always received the help I needed.

If I could do less than 1 star, I would. The support is terrible and is a huge language barrier. I have not been able to move past the first few modules because of terrible support. They have said they will not refund my money. Stay away from uCertify.

The system is extremely unstable. The results of labs and completion percentage are often missing. You have to redo it again and again. Otherwise you have to provide evidences to customer service that you've finished before.

THIEVES. Absolute worst learning platform I’ve ever experienced, DO NOT accept a course with them. They provided absolutely no support or guidance throughout the course period, taking weeks and even months to reply to emails. At the end of the period they refused to give me an extension as I failed to complete the course due to THEIR lack of support. They deny your access to the course and you do not get what you paid for. Save your money or go with another company.

Worst functioning learning platform I have ever used and overcharged multiple classmates without allowing them to access customer service

The exams never actually happened. I finished the course and attempted to take my exam 3 times. First 2 times there were errors with online examination rooms so I booked my 3rd one via a venue and when I went it was closed and the lights were off. There was no one there.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is a scam

I’ve been trying to get a phone call to cancel my course and the gave me a fake number and on there emails it’s a fake number on there website it’s a fake number do not get involved with these scammers they charge me £89 a month I’ve been refusing to pay and cancelled my

*update at 4:21am: 6 hrs after I posted this review, they call me back at 3:50am. They said to call them back or email, call their phone number and it’s again just a voicemail. Their customer service phone number is not a direct line, it’s only a voicemail/message machine.

She also suggested I contact via email which they still have yet to reply.
False company. Says they are in California but it’s a fake number.

I use ucertify for their class licenses /course material/labs due to my university using their platform.
I constantly get overcharged and they don’t contact back.
I can never talk to them on the phone. Emailing: it takes days or weeks to get email responses returned, sometimes you don’t get one.

I think they are a scam.
They charge you for licenses and then double or triple charge your bank. You get one receipt for the right amount.
You have to monitor your bank statements for a few weeks after making ANY purchase.
I had a 80$ license (thru my university) that did the charge appropriately, and one week later I see a $693.00 charge additionally.
I’m still waiting for that refund which took them one week to respond (“we will refund you”) and it’s been two weeks since then with no refund.

Prior spring, I had another class charge of $76, normal, and then a few days later my bank was also charge almost $400 additionally.
I complained to the university who contacted ucertify and got it refunded in 3 business days.

I had no problems of over charges with Ascend, which some of my Uni classes use instead of ucertify.

Be warned with Ucertify.
No customer service.
Overcharging issues with no receipt to see them, except you watching your bank account for a few weeks.
Limited late email responses.
