CSABA our Instraller was extremly professional from start to finish, he had a long drive to get here then worked all day on two cups of coffee. He explained everything thoroughly and nothing was too much trouble, very polite and helpful. He also tidied up after he had finished the job. Before he left he explained everything to us, including not using the bath for 24 hours. We are extremely pleased that we contacted UDoor..

The installer, John, was at the top of his trade. The very high standard of skill, care and customer intereaction was first class. We can recommend this company completely from start to finish.It may seem expensive but it is value for money

Brilliant, professional service - and an ingenious solution when a walk-in shower is needed but you can't afford, or just don't want, to remodel your whole bathroom. The UDoor has made our lives so much easier. I've just had a hip replacement, and the UDoor has enabled me to wash safely and independently from the day after surgery - a real boost to my wellbeing and I'm sure it will help my recovery. We had superb service throughout the process, from my first phone calls with Fay to Csaba's visits to measure and install. Installation was all in one day, and the bathroom was left in pristine condition. Courteous, professional, friendly - I can't praise them enough. Highly recommended.

Excellent communication throughout, very polite and helpful installer who did a fantastic job and left everything spotless. This was a brilliant solution for my Mum who was struggling to climb into the bath, but didn't want the upheaval of a full bathroom remodel. It looks great and she is really pleased with the result and how it was carried out. Highly recommended.

The Technician arrived on time, and carried out the work in a very friendly, professional way. His advice, due to experience, was greatly appreciated as to the positioning of the door in the bath and of grab rails. I have a small bathroom which I would imagine made it more difficult for him to work, but the end result could not have been improved in any way. The whole room was as clean when he had finished as when he began.The quality of the product and workmanship has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend anybody who is thinking of having this, don’t hesitate. You won’t regret it. I am also very pleased with the grab rails and non slip surface to my bath which was also provided. Overall, the experience could not have been improved in any way. I now have a much safer bathroom which looks amazing. Thank you.

My wife and I both have arthritis problems making getting in and out of the bath difficult. We explored getting our bath being replaced with a shower but found the price extremely expensive. When I saw this alternative I contacted Udoor and Fay talked me through it. There was no site visit as their base is far away however, with the information Fay requested she confirmed our bath was suitable for the modification. A date was arranged and then brought forward a month which was excellent. After a 5 hour drive Csaba arrived at 12noon due to heavy traffic and got straight on explaining what he was going to do. He had to fit a new side panel too which needed sculpting.There were a few complications which I had caused when removing the old side panel and Skirting board. Csaba worked tirelessly until 9.30pm. He was very conscientious and very likeable. He did a great job and covered up the problems I had caused.Not one word of complaint from him and he left the bathroom spotless. Great engineer and Great Company.

We had our door fitted last week. Everything was explained fully. I was told the shower screen would not go over the door catch. I said I would replace the screen as having the door fitted was more important.
The bathroom was left as clean as the fitter found it.
My wife can safely get in and out without my help.
I would fully recommend this company.

Due to age and mobility problems I was unable to get in and out of my bath. The cost of conversion by the major mobility companies would have taken all my savings. also, I live in rented property. UDOOR offered an affordable solution. The engineer's free assessment visit answered all my questions and those of my landlord. The installation took four hours and Csaba was efficient, thorough and friendly. I can now use my bath and shower safely again. I thoroughly recommend UDOOR.

I am living with long term physical restrictions after a fall and I arranged for Udoor to put a walkin door into my existing Pbath. What can I say? Brilliant from the first phone call to the completed job. The engineer John explained everything as he found an issue, the finished job is brilliant and I know this is daft but the thing I am really thrilled with is the fact that it doesn't look as if a man just cut a hole and stuck in a door, no-one would know the door is an added extra. I've had a steady stream of people visiting to look at it with elderly relatives in mind!! Thank you John and Udoor.

The whole transaction that I had with Udoor was an extremely satisfying and worthwhile experience. From my first contact with Fay , who was extremely knowledgeable and informative , and then to the installer , Csaba , it was flawless. Csaba kept me informed of his arrival time by text message . On arrival he explained the procedure , and once he had started , he never stopped till the installation was completed . The bath door was exactly what I required and blends in perfectly . Before he left , Csaba thoroughly cleaned the bathroom , and you would never have known that a complicated procedure had been done . My respect and praise goes to all of those involved with this company , and I fully recommend anyone to have no qualms about doing business with them . Well done Udoor .

Good old fashion customer service from start to finish,
The fitter Louis explained everything about the installation and made sure I way happy before he started work, he just got on with the job to a very high standard, cleaned up all his mess and left with no fuss. I can only stay how pleased I am with the quality and workmanship, I would thoroughly recommend this bath door it is a much cheaper than a new bath and a lot less mess

Had my udoor installed by John yesterday, John was brilliant, kept me informed of what he was doing, there was no mess and I’ve ended up with a great product that will solve my problem of not being able to climb into bath to shower. Also a lot cheaper than having to have the bathroom redesigned to achieve the same result. Fay at the office is so helpful, takes her time to explain what happens and answers all you queries. I would recommend a Udoor to everyone who finds difficulty bathing and getting in and out of the bath safely. You hardly notice it blends in so well with your own bath.
Great product, excellent staff and affordable.

Having a new-ish tall narrow bathtub with an over-bath shower, made washing a threat to life and limb just to enter and exit the tub. Udoor have really saved the day, fitting a sculpted side door to the tub allowing easy access to a shower or a full bath. Csaba worked professionally to fit this and left a spotlessly clean room. I am delighted and more fragrant now than ever!

Had a door fitted by UDOOR at my Mums flat. The bath is curved and I was a little doubtful whether a door could be fitted in there. From my first contact with the company they were so helpful and after sending a couple of photos they said it shouldn’t be a problem. I then booked the fitter who came and worked super hard all day without a break, eventually finishing at nearly 7pm! He did a fantastic job, left zero mess and explained everything also leaving back up instructions. I can’t recommend them enough.
