This week I had my corner bath made user friendly by Csaba of UDOOR. Five stars are not enough to rate the professional and good old fashioned customer service. First class workmanship all the way, from timekeeping/friendliness and respect for my property.
Most of all the job itself, it was by sheer chance that I spotted the advertisement online and I’m overjoyed that I did. I had a frame opening without a door as I can no longer bathe so this has turned my bath into a huge shower tray . I also had a fabulous large grip rail fitted too. The whole job took around 6 hrs. with no mess to clean up afterwards. My engineer stoped only for one drink, and I felt guilty as I’m quite used to keeping the workforce going on tea lol
I’m running out of words for praise, so I will end by saying …..the proof is in all these reviews and check a trade too. Thank you UDOOR you have saved my beautiful bathroom from being ripped out, and me from getting hurt. May your first class business go from strength to strength.

Such a clever idea which looks as if mum’s bathroom was originally fitted with it. It’ll make accessing her bath/shower so much easier and safer for her which is hugely reassuring for me as she lives independently. From start to finish Udoor were brilliant. We had the bath door fitted to my mother in laws bath. Such a really good idea. No mess & no hassle for her. & we were very impressed with customer services too. We would also like to say a huge thank you to Csaba. The Udoor fitter. He rang half an hour before arriving. Just had a door fitted into my bathtub by Udoor, excellent and very professional job done by Csaba the engineer, left the bathroom spotless, would recommend this company.

Just had a Udoor installed on my mother's tub by Richard. I can only praise his commitment to deliver some of the highest standards of workmanship from start to finish. After 5hrs of work the bathroom was left spotless!

As for the Udoor. What a unique adaptation for people with access needs to a tub. The cost of replacing a tub for a walk in tub with installation was well beyond my financial standing. Fortunately, I came across Udoor who adapted the tub by fitting a door on the current tub without any additional major work being required at a very agreeable price. Thank you! My mother can now continue to be as independent as possible with this adaptation.

We had a door fitted into the existing bath tub for my mother. Richard the fitter was professional, polite and explained the process from start to finish. The bathroom was immaculately cleaned up when he finished. The whole process from start to finish, including the ordering process, was fantastic and I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Brilliant job should have had it done year's ago.

A couple of weeks ago, we had a Udoor installed and we are so glad that we did.

We were very impressed with this company from our first contact with Fay through to the completion of the work by Csaba. We had made a couple of phone calls to Fay and she was always very pleasant and willing to help with any questions we had for her. Very professional.

Our Engineer kept in touch re his ETA as a Road Accident was causing a delay to his original ETA.

When our Engineer Csaba arrived, we opened the door and were met with a gentleman with a big smile and he was extremely polite.

We found Csaba to be an extremely hard working man who is a perfectionist in everything he does. He takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail. He explained each step that he would be taking in the installation. He was here for about five or six hours. When the installation was completed. the bathroom was left spotless.

Csaba is a wonderful representative for your Company.

As a result of our Udoor, we will be recommending Udoor to others.

Fitted by a nice chap (Csaba) , quite a skilled job to fit, looks a treat as it`s very neat and unobtrusive and very high quality plastic used in its construction. would definitely recommend this company, haven`t used it to bath yet so don`t know how well the door seals work but I am confident it will be ok as it`s a long standing company with a good guarantee. Added 21/10/2024, Since the review my daughter (the only one who has a bath these days ) has tested the seals and sealant and it seems fine, thanks for a job well done and saving me a lot of money and the angst of refitting my bathroom completely.

I was unable to have a walk in shower in the position of the bath, due to the run of central heating pipes beneath the present bath. I looked at easy access baths, but due to the position of the door, the toilet would have to be moved, a redesign of the bathroom would be required. Then I found udoor on the internet.
The door was fitted on 24th September, 10 days after placing the order. Csaba the engineer who fitted the door also installed a new bath panel, safety bar, and anti slip surface. Csaba explained how the installation would be completed before commencing to ensure I was happy.
The bathroom is quite small, but Csaba was able to complete the installation to an excellent standard. Csaba is a perfectionist, and wants the customer to be completely satisfied.
Before the door was installed I had to assist my wife into the bath to shower as she had extreme difficulty stepping over the side of the bath. Now that the door, safety bar and anti slip is in place she is much more confident when taking a shower.

First class service from start to finish very neat and tidy we didn't no any work had been done only for the door of course they left my bathroom just has it was before they started thanks once again I have already recommended u door to a number of friends hope they get in touch.👏👏

This Udoor has made a significant difference to my comfort and safety after a fracture in my left hip.
Csabo is a very pleasant, talented and hardworking engineer . The whole adaptation took about 5 hours and the result is astounding. This door is the answer to anyone who has difficulties with restrictive movement and a fear of getting stuck in the bath !!!

What a fantastic company. Earlier this year my Mom had a fall which really shook her and stepping in and out of the bath was becoming problematic. After contacting a local plumber and pricing up for a complete refit from bath to shower tray the costings were way above budget. Also he told us that to have a door in your bath couldn't be done. After searching on Google Udoor seemed to be very efficient and well priced. Reviews very good and also as a company very helpful and informative of procedures. I can't rate the whole experience highly enough. There technician was prompt,very tidy and also a really nice guy. The finish and service was excellent.

I was a little skeptical a first, has they do not have representatives that come to your house to explain the process, But how wrong I was.
We had our door fitted 3 July 2024, the lady in the office was helpful and very knowledgeable. Csaba the installation engineer explained everything and made sure we were happy before he started work. He worked all day from 10.00am to 17.30pm with just a couple of brews and what a fantastic job it was.
We are so pleased with the result and there was no mess at all. Would highly recomend this company and at a fraction of the cost to fit a new bath.

Richard the installer kept us informed of his arrival time, the door was installed with no mess, we would highly recommend this form of installation.
