I leased a Peugeot through UDrive Car Hire in 2019, for two months from September until the end of October, travelling through Northern Europe. The entire process was handled professionally and in excellent time. Delivery of the car in Frankfurt, and drop-off again was easy and went exactly as planned.
The vehicle was brand new, and, unexpectedly, I received an 'up-grade' from the vehicle chosen, without further cost.
I would recommend UDrive Car Hire to any visitor to Europe.

The leasing arrangement organised through Udrive, went extremely well. Booking through Udrive was easy and very quick. Michael was very quick to respond when we had questions. All the information provided was clear and the leasing and pick-up process was straight forward. We had the car for the maximum period possible and it would have been impossible to have had one for as long with a standard hire car – and much more expensive. We had a Peugeot and whilst we had no problem whatsoever with the car, we had feedback from other people we met who had also leased a Peugeot that the support provided from Peugeot when they had an accident was first class.

Once you paid the money, the assistance, service etc. disappear... you are then left stranded with no response from sales manager. It may be worthwhile paying a tad more elsewhere but get a proper service.

I would like to thank you for organising my lease on a car on my recent European trip, we were picked up at CDG France airport and taken to the holding facility were our car was waiting.They gave us instructions on the GPS and had programmed return address and various other points of interest and fuel stations .We Drove through over 10 countries and did 14,000 km in 5 months without a problem. The Dacia Duster was a perfect size for us and the Diesel was cheap on fuel and great fuel economy. On return we dropped the car back ,paperwork was completed and they dropped us back at the airport all within 30 minutes. Overall the whole experience was great ,In the past I have had negative experiences with hire car companies. I will definitely be hiring my next car through you. Thanks for making our holiday one to remember.

This is our first lease car experience – and we were not disappointed. The booking process went smoothly, completed in Australia before leaving. We collected the Dacia Duster in Milan. The pick-­up worked seamlessly. Our 4 month holiday to visit family and friends went smoothly and was great to have a car to enjoy travelling up and down Italy. Comfortable and the fuel economy was great. The drop-off again went seamlessly dropping us off at the airport. Would totally recommend.

The pick-­up worked seamlessly, with the staff member finalising the paperwork quickly as well as providing an overview of the car and its operations. Our 7 weeks went smoothly and was great to have a car to enjoy the countryside in France and Spain. The drop-off again went seamlessly, the staff at Lyon were ready for us, and quickly completed the hand-over, dropping us to the airport. Would totally recommend.

Booking was easy. Collection at Rome Airport fast and efficient.
Really impressed by Dacia Duster diesel, roomy, functional, oh so economical (4.9l 100kms over 15,000kms). Traveled Italy, Spain, Portugal and France never an issue.
Drop off CDG Paris simple as , great service to get us to our terminal quickly.
UDrive.com.au will be the first place we look when next we go touring other parts of Europe.

I have leased a car in Europe through UDrive. My brand new Peugeot was waiting for me on arrival and the pick up process was very simple and easy. I recommend UDrive to everyone with no hesitation.

I booked a car online with this car rental agency at LAX airport. The rental ended up being from Dollar rent a car. When I arrived at the airport I needed to take a shuttle bus to the car rental depot. I heard that this is the case with every car rental agency at the Los Angeles airport. I had a part paid rental from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. The rental process only took a few minutes and I was given instructions to how to find my car at the parking lot. Be aware though, you need a credit card deposit to rent a car. (I think this is an industry standard). Well, the car was in a good shape (Chevy Aveo) and I drove on the Route 66 to get to Las Vegas. Drop off only took a few minutes. I am quite happy with UDrive and the rate was also the best I came through.
