Pretty sure UkBride does no longer function there site is down all the time now.

So don't waste your time there.

Signed up to UKbrideand was absolutely amazed at how concise and clear the sign up was. Haven't had a chance to deep dive the site but so far it looks fab. Can't wait to start planning our special day.

Ive downloaded the ukbride and it so easy to navigate. It has everything to your convenience to plan a wedding. You can contact vendors through the app and they get back to you quite quickly, they have handy tools such as guest lists, a wedding website, you can add venues, photographers, djs etc to your favourites and they have all the info needed on each of their profiles. Its helped me so much so far

This is a company that does not learn from its past immoral practice of fooling people to sign up to a free advertising service and after a free trial charges you an extortionate fee for nothing in return. As a business man for 40 years one of my unsuspecting employees fell for there sales pitch . Never in my forty years in business have I come across such a crooked company as Whitespace Publishers. Do not entertain them at all

This is a scam company for wedding suppliers. They invoice for a year in advance the day your "free no obligation" trial begins....despite receiving hundreds of enquiries - all are fake or not relevant and zero replies. We will going to court on this one.

We were offered what was clearly pitched over the phone as a “3-month free, no obligation trial.” But what they say and what they send you to sign are two completely different things.

They email a so called “complimentary order form”, which sounds harmless — but in the terms and conditions (which are easy to overlook, especially with the language they use) is an auto-renewal clause that locks you into a paid contract unless you opt out — something they never mention during their sales calls.

After signing, we received:

No login details

No welcome email

No communication

And never accessed or used their platform

Yet they still demanded payment.

To make matters worse, their team is patronising and unhelpful on the phone when you try to challenge the charges. They know exactly what they’re doing — this is not poor service, this is a calculated business model built to mislead.

Do not sign anything. What’s said verbally and what’s in the paperwork are not the same, and once you’ve signed, they’ll use the fine print to trap you.

I’ve spoken to several other venues who have had identical experiences. I’ll be warning as many people as I can to avoid this company.
