Great customer service. Fast delivery and really pleased with the frames and posters!

Account Manager, Georgia was helpful and responsive. We found a great A-board option with our store branding and even when there was some confusion, they worked with us to get everything sorted and resolved promptly. The A-boards look great outside our stores.

Very happy for the next day delivery and the well packaged wrapped to protect damaged.

Hi Team, the goods arrived damaged, I emailed you the photo dated the day they arrived, to prove it. You advised that as I emailed it after 24 hours of arrival of the goods I cannot get a refund. To make clients to report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the goods is wrong and just put all responsibility for damaged goods to the client as if they are a day late in opening packages from you they are doomed.
Really bad practice as you can keep sending damage goods to people and hope they report it after your 24 hours deadline and you will get away with not refunding for faulty items.

The service I received from Laura was top-notch, and she is a credit to the company. She managed to resolve an issue for me before I had even noticed it.

My order had arrived and had been taken in, so I assumed all was well. However, upon further inspection, I realised that part of the delivery was missing.

I checked my emails to find someone to contact, only to see that Laura had already done all the hard work. She had contacted me to notify me of the issue, offered a quick and efficient resolution, and followed through on her promise.

Great work. We need more people like Laura on customer service teams!

Ordered an easel I needed for an event and paid extra for next day delivery. It arrived a day late and was also broken. When I asked for a refund or replacement, they insisted on a courier label that of course I no longer had. Just excuse after excuse to avoid giving a refund or replacement. Very disappointing service — would avoid.

Product broke within two weeks of normal use. I will not use UKPOS following correspondence with their team who did not sound at all regretful of this fact, or try to keep our custom.

Georgia accounts manager was super helpful with processing a return and quoting a new order for collection. Smooth pleasant process from start to finish. Excellent service thank you :)

The UK POS team has been a genuine helper throughout the process of getting our plaques manufactured. Georgia, in particular, is always available, very helpful and professional.

The final finished product is ready and shipped in quick turnarounds and we receive quality products that routinely meet our standards.

Very good experiences dealing with UKPOS (Georgia & Rosie) - supporting with retail requests covering the whole of the UK for a major symbol group can be challenging. However, the offer, organisation & efficiency has been second to none for all projects.

Georgia, the sales adviser at UKPOS is excellent. She takes time to listen to your requirements and recommends the best affordable option each time. 10/10

I’m very disappointed with the service provided. I was required to approve the print, which I hadn’t initially agreed to, and it took me two weeks to realise that approval was needed—for just a single print. After I eventually approved it and expressed my concerns, there was no delivery, no tracking information, and no further communication. Overall, a very poor experience and not something I would recommend.

Really easy to work with company and Georgia always looks after us well. Virtually everything is on a next day delivery which takes away stress.
