Photo not accurate to product
The photo is completely misleading and does not match the product I received. What arrived looks noticeably different in design, and overall appearance from what was advertised. I purchased this based on the photos, and it feels like false advertising.
To make matters worse, I was also expected to pay for the return of an item that was not as described. That is unacceptable. Very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience ordering from UKShelving. The whole process — from browsing their website to receiving my order — was smooth and professional. The shelving units are top quality: sturdy, easy to assemble, and exactly as described. Delivery was fast, and everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Customer service was also fantastic — friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I’ll definitely be ordering again and highly recommend UKShelving to anyone looking for reliable storage solutions!

UK Shelving were the only company to stock the radiator I needed. Random search found it. I wouldn’t have expected a shelving company to have a radiator for sale. It hasn’t been used yet so fingers crossed that everything works correctly.
No communication after it was ordered so slightly worrying that all was ok. I almost rang after a few days, but then received a delivery date. Phew!
