Excellent service from start to finish and very friendly. We had been too a couple of other hot tub showrooms but didn’t get the same service.

Kim and her team were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They were always easy to get hold of and delivered on the date promised. We would definitely recommend.

The installation was fantastic and everyone was so helpful, due to my physical needs I found the hottub amazing to help with any and all aches and pains, it helps with blood circulation as well as helping with my insomnia. Over all absolutely fantastic.

The best company for hot tub purchases!

From the very first set of emails I exchanged with Jay I was impressed; he was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. He is a genuine and lovely asset to the company and we cannot thank him enough for all his help with our purchase.

We were kept up to date with delivery dates etc… and had a free site survey as it was a difficult delivery on a tiered garden. Jay spent plenty of time answering any queries and checking in with us to make sure we were on track for our delivery (we had to have telephone cables removed and book a crane as we were too far away for their local crane company).

The guys expertly manoeuvred the tub into place (the weetabix must have worked Jay!), filled it quickly and set it all up. My husband was instructed on how to use it and manage it and Jay emailed me instructions post installation for us to refer back to.

We had a couple of teething problems initially and weren’t sure what the cause was. Jay and Kim were keen to be kept updated incase it was and issue with the hot tub. It was very reassuring to be proactively contacted after mentioning the issue, so they could check how we were getting on. Our electrician came back and tightened a wiring connection on our end which has resolved the problem. The fact that the company were so keen to be involved once the issue was first raised means I can honestly say if you have any issues at all- they will sort it out. The team are always easy to get hold of and emails are responded to very promptly; the customer service is second to none.

We have the Tranquility stratum and are delighted with it. Its better than any commercial hot tub I've used at weekends away and is so comfortable and spacious. It has a multitude of different sitting positions and at different depths so it caters for my much taller husband and eldest daughter as well as little old me and our smaller children. It says it sits 7 but it could honestly fit more if you needed to. There’s plenty of leg/ foot space in the middle too so there’s no cramped legs or feet when there’s a family of you in it! Its got lovely lighting and jet settings and the steps and cover lifter are fab.

We went with this company due to the level of warranty provided compared to others. The tub looks sensational and is in perfect condition. I genuinely wouldn't want to buy a hot tub from anywhere else.

We looked at several options from different companies . The Ultimate Hot Tubs staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. . The specification of our Luna tub was just what we wanted. Delivery on time as agreed. The installation went without hitch and the aftercare response to queries has been excellent. Nothing has been too much trouble.

Very happy with both our tub, and the continued service throughout. Jay has made the experience stress free, simple, and fun, a personal approach that makes all the difference. Jay is always on hand any time of the day to answer any queries we have had. And the whole team ensured a smooth, timely and straightforward delivery and set up. Great service we looked in a few places for a hot tub but we was blown away with the way we was treated here we wasn't rushed into a purchase and was given all the advice to make sure we found the right hot tub for our needs
