Putting their regulars first! Giving them first choice on all their merchandise, which is becoming harder and harder to get a hold of in recent times. Which I would hope every shop like this would do exactly the same.

Anthony and the team at UltimateTCG are always quick to respond to emails and are consistently polite and helpful.

One thing that really stands out is their proactive approach to pre-orders. If you’ve ordered items with different release dates, they’ll reach out ahead of time to offer splitting the shipment so everything arrives on schedule.

It’s that kind of attention to detail and customer care that keeps me coming back to UltimateTCG for all my Gundam Card Game purchases.

I have used Ultimatetcg a few times now and they have been really great with communication every time. Would recommend to any tcg enthusiasts.

This was my first experience with this company and I wouldn't go with them again. I still haven't received my original item as they sent the wrong item to begin with. After speaking to support they said I have to send it back and send proof before they even send the original item I had already paid for. I did all this and have had no reply since, but instead I get an email asking how they did and I say, not good at all.
