Excellent service.

Great experience. We went through a third-party door fitter for the lock as we were replacing our door due to renovation works. Lock feels solid and of good quality, keys even more so. Ordered replacement keys, came quickly. Ordered the lubricant to keep our warranty. Hopefully many safe years ahead!

I haven’t received the keys! DPD were supposed to deliver and haven’t yet, so I can’t rate a £99 cost anything other than a 1 star considering I haven’t received anything for it!

So we had Ultion locks supplied when we had new front door and new patio doors.
The locks and door furniture seem fine. High security including bump protection.
The website to register the extended guarantee is a nightmare to navigate and continually tries to get you purchase additional products or keys by defaulting to set points.
So convoluted I'm not sure if I've managed to register both or just one lock.
I'm now receiving additional messages telling me that the guarantee will only be valid if I purchase and use their own lock lubricant at over £12 for a small tube.
To say it's a hard sell hardly covers it.
So Ultion, you can keep your guarantee. If/when the locks fail to work due to my not purchasing your lubricant, I'll swap them out for a more 'owner friendly' brand.

Great locks have had an attempt to break in the door but they just couldn't get in the locking system is just the best and hopefully in the future it stays that way and works like it should.
There is amazing customer service and I have no complaints could not rate that locking system on my front door any better well worth the money to protect my home.

Ultion has made my door key and it has been lost so now there is a package with my name and address on with a key to my front door inside this is not acceptable my house is now left unsecure and ultion are avoiding resolving this matter i have sent emails and made phone calls they have no intention of resolving this issue and are refusing to replace my locks because i asked for a refund on the key they lost the staff are rude i was sent a email saying if i would of let dpd investigate i would of had my key by the end of the week this is them assuming dpds investigation finds my key and they said because i asked for a refund before the investigation was complete ultion will not replace my locks and keys to the door they said the key i ordered will be sent back to ultion and destroyed but again they dont even know the outcome of dpds investigation but it doesnt take a genius to work out if dpd cant deliver my key to me how can they return it to ultion and if there is an investigation into it they clearly dont know where the package is

Asked for a callback and spoke to their representative called Emily. She handled everything perfectly, made sure all of my needs were met and made it a very pleasant experience

We have recently had new composite doors fitted and the Ultion locks which come as part of the package, seem very impressive. Sturdy and from a security point of view, very reassuring.

We hope that they will provide us with many years service.

Didn’t send the correct number of keys ordered initially but this was quickly rectified.

Locking great and easy to register the keys

First of all registering was made very easy! Then when I requested and paid for 2 additional keys the delivery time was so fast. Unfortunately, and all my own fault, I input the wrong key codes. I rang as soon as I realised my mistake I rang to explain the problem. Tge lady I dealt with was extremely helpful and explained the course of action I should take, the result being full satisfaction.
