Jason has been communicating with me for past couple of years. Jason helped me with issues I had last year. He does what he says he will do!!

Grant appeared in time for the inspection, explained what he would be doing, was very non-intrusive and was able to answer minor questions.

Great experience with Grant as our property manager. He is so helpful , professional, and took the time to talk through all the routine maintenance details with me clearly. Really appreciate his proactive approach and excellent communication!

Jason is really friendly, easy to talk to and provided some general advice with regards to where to go to report faults and checked to ensure i know how to turn off my water supply in the instance of a water leak and also how to check for a drop in boiler pressure preparing for winter - during the previous visit, i reported an issue with an appliance and it got sorted really quickly, can't rate him higher than i do now, service is outstanding :)

Grant is always very friendly and approachable. He has arranged repairs to be made very promptly. Thanks Grant 😊

Jason is calm and attentive, and he actions all our discussions quickly.

Phil is always helpful and response fast to any problems. Overall he’s a very friendly guy.

Today , we had Jason visiting our property as an annual property inspection.
Everything were smooth and friendly. I shared some minor issues with him and he kindly noted them to follow.
I appreciate Umega and Jason's continuous help and support.

Would absolutely NOT recommend Umega. They do not care about their tenants whatsoever. I have ongoing repairs that still haven’t been properly dealt with and I’ve made multiple noise complaints with nothing actually being done.

Constantly having to chase them just to get basic issues sorted. Absolute joke of a company.

Stay clear and go elsewhere if you can. 👎

Our property manager is Phil, since moving in we have met him a few times which is great, always bubbly, positive, knowledgeable, approachable and also generally down to earth.

Knows the processes to get stuff done and never forgets about it either, generally a great property manager to have!

Phil was very pleasant and helpful during the visit.

Lydia's fast approach to resolve unexpected issues in a cost-efficient way is exemplary. She also ensures tenants are satisfied at all times. I also need to recognize Umega's great network of contractors who are very trustworthy and reliable.

quick and easy to arrange the appointment and Georgia turned up exactly the time arranged. Very friendly and explained what she was going to look at etc. No issues at all.
