Refused refund illegally after 10 minutes. You might be based in the UK but when selling to Ireland you have to obey EU distance selling rules

I have bought under armour for years ordered on the website for first time. Usually buy local but then saw all the reviews. I went back to them within 10 minutes and they would not cancel. Reasons are as follows started with
Warehouse is closed at weekends.
Then I asked when warehouse opens so could cancel then. ANNE MASON AND LENNY all flat out refused to give me that info.
Then I asked if I placed another order on Monday as a hypothetical knowing they were lieing to me and i were then to cancel. What would the situation be?
I was told it depends on the time frame.
I then asked what is the time frame dependency a minute an hour etc
Agin they all hung up numerous times and refused to tell me even though under armour website says an hour and nothing about being closed.
I then caught lenny out he told me it depends on the customer, so therefore actively discriminate against certain customers on what ground I do not know but there you have it. Absolutely flat out refused a redund after 10 minutes even though under EU distance selling laws they are obliged too.
I will be getting the bank to chargeback these scumbags as ot seems to be the only way to get my money back

I cannot even begin as same as everyone else but nothing is working on getting in contact with them about an item they say was delivered but I did not receive. They accepted the courier's word and not mine. The courier has no proof of delivery. But really making all these comments and UA has not even responded to one of them, sums it up - THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS..

Would strongly NOT recommend

Would strongly recommend NOT buying from Under Armour. I bought a pair of runners believing the product pictured on the website would be what I received however the runners I received did not look anything like the picture on the website. The runners cost me €130 which was also a birthday present. I’ve tried for a month now to follow their returns procedures through UPS which do not work and when I requested additional information on exactly how to return and the exact info I needed to enter (tracking number etc), they refused to give me this information. Clearly their returns procedure is a scam so people can’t return items and even worse that they are falsely advertising on their website.

This is unbelievable! I ordered basketball shoes for son,40 days ago . They send me e mail"we lost your parcel,we can refund you 30% of your money"??! How is possible that thieves like this still can Robb people??! Where is low, police, Inspection??

Do not order from Under Armour Ireland

Do not order from Under Armour Ireland. The items come from the UK and delivered by DHL. I am still waiting for my order three weeks ago and DHL have advised that UA constantly incorrectly fill out the customs info and the goods don't get sent and just sit there waiting for further info. The people on Chat openly admit that they cannot do anything and when you email head office no one returns it and I can't call the 00800 from my mobile and was told to get a landline.

I spent 600 euro and have requested a refund based on me not receiving the goods and that they cannot advise of a delivery date but they continue to ignore me.

Don’t bother

Really wouldn’t bother buying from this website. I like the products but ordering direct is a waste of time.

Orders are sent from UK and get delayed or don’t show without explanation

Delighted with my purchase …

I bought few things and actually I’m delighted with my purchase,order arrived on time ,only thing there was some mess up with tracking (UPS )
I read reviews and I was scared that the same will happen with my order too,but despite bad reviews everything was good and also sizes was perfect !

DO NOT BUY from under armour

DO NOT BUY from under armour. Ireland website with a Netherlands address but the order is coming through UK so is a poorly disguised brexit scam. Trying to return if you cannot use UPS which is another scam as they are so few and far between in Ireland it is impossible to use this company to return.

Worse company ever..

Worse company ever... Wrong size of shoes received, no customer support... Tried to contact Ups a send the shoes back, but Ive been told bring the parcel to collection point, which is 90 kilometres.. Never again.

Useless

Ships from the UK even though they use a .ie domain and list an EU address on their site and they do so badly. My order is bouncing around distribution hubs in the UK for over a week. Customer service seem completely oblivious to the fact I can see the tracking and provide no worthwhile role whatsoever other than copy and pasting sections of the history that suit them. Worryingly they do not know where I paid VAT.

Businesses have had 5 years now to prepare for brexit, whoever is the head of logistics here must have been on a bender that long because they've done less than nothing.

Awful company to do business with

Awful company to do business with. Order appears to be dispatched from the UK even when ordered on the .ie site. Have spent the last few weeks watching the tracking information as the package jumps all over the place but never goes anywhere. Customer service are less than useless, all they do is blame UPS and do absolutely nothing to help. This is my second time going through this in the last 10 months, as I thought they may have improved or dealt with their logistics issues. They haven’t and clearly don’t care. Last time no package ever arrive and a refund was processed after 2 months. Don’t make the mistake I have, do not order from Under Armour!!!

Don’t buy from underarmour.ie it’s brexit disguised.

I ordered a hoodie on 2 feb checked to make sure it was not coming from the UK. Dutch company listed on the website. They took my money on 5th Feb. I’ve tracked it on the ups site since. It started from th UK to Germany. It’s in a warehouse since. I’ve tried to cancel the order but they won’t agree even though the delivery is outside the EU 30 day limit. No refund either. It’s now got a 10th March delivery date. Their customer service is awful and have a don’t care attitude. I’m heading to the small claims court.

Do not buy from under armour

Ordered on 24th of January and still not here. Tracked with UPS says it was delivered to some random warehouse in the UK. Customer service are extremely unhelpful and keep using Brexit as an excuse and refuse to follow up with the courier. Then why do they have an Irish website??? I think big companies like this should be doing more to support their customers during delays with Brexit.

Useless service and customer service

It is disappointing that there is not a negative score here.
I ordered on the 9th January and almost 4 weeks later in stock items are still not here. Customer service is a joke. The only answer I get is Brexit. Seems to be the stock reply. I will never be ordering from this site again and would caution anyone from doing the same
