Order Cancelled After ‘Shipping’ — Extremely Disappointing Experience”
My order experience was extremely disappointing. Days after being told my items had shipped, the entire order was suddenly cancelled. I was then told every product had defects, which feels highly unlikely and unacceptable. I’ve had to chase down answers instead of receiving a smooth resolution.
On top of that, the refund still isn’t showing on my credit card, so now I have to contact Shop Pay myself. Overall, the process has been frustrating and has left me with no confidence in ordering again.
