New bed purchase from Boston branch
Went to purchase a new bed from the Boston store recently. Was greeted by a very pleasant young sales assistant called Ash. He was helpful, informative and very patient whilst I made my decision about which bed I felt was most suitable for my needs.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend United Carpets and beds.

Lovely carpet terrible fitters!
Carpet was lovely. Not cheap but lovely just what we wanted. Staff in store were decent. Fitters were shocking. (Well one of them!… young lad was ok) Really let united carpets down. They refused to put gripper down. Refused to put wires under even with no gripper. Refused to do anything I asked them to. Just Rude… and then damaged my furniture!… So sadly haven’t been back to united carpets since even though we need 3 more carpets.

Bought my LVT flooring from the Boston…
Bought my LVT flooring from the Boston Branch. The guys there were incredibly helpful, especially Matt. Simon did a fantastic job fitting it after some challenging prep work. Not easy, but the final result looks absolutely stunning. Really great job and very pleased indeed. Highly recommended!

Upon entering the Boston branch of United Carpets we were warmly greeted by Ash. Ash was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and talked us through the carpet buying process clearly and concisely. Never pressuring us to make a decision, but offering advice when we needed it. The staff are very friendly and gave a good service. It was useful to be able to buy cutoffs at lower prices. I have used them before and would happily use them again.

Excellent service
The staff were very friendly and helpful in assisting me with my flooring requirements.

So i was quoted a price for fitting a…
So i was quoted a price for fitting a carpet to the lounge, same carpet fitted in another room with same underlay. So the price was a little over £500. The conversation then took a turn about a carpet should be fitted a certain way to suit the position of the doorway, so agreeing we saw sense to that statement confirmed we wanted the job done correctly, the price jumped around £85. Anyway carpet arrives pre cut to size???? Confused i rang the store querying how the carpet could be pre cut without them knowing where the door would be??? I was then spun a load of B/S trying to blind me with science to justify the extra cash. They really had nothing but crap to say, it appears i would have got the same piece of carpet for less. They denied remembering the conversation, and was unable to get to the first price quoted in the first place, hut could in fact come up with a higher price than that i had paid( convenient) How well they had done to save me money. It appears to me i would have got the same piece of carpet anyway but paid extra for the privilege. Short sighted of them really a new home we have just moved into. Kitchen, utility, spare room, two bathrooms and a hallway to go, you can bet i wont be returning for any of those......

Spoke to Matt on Thursday arranged to come out and measure up the next day very friendly arrived on Friday as arranged looked at the samples with Matts help chose the carpet we needed price was good booked in for next week good friendly efficient service

I loved the carpet purchase from United…
I loved the carpet purchase from United Carpets, the whole experience from choosing to purchasing was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the grumpy fitters we had, which United Carpets at Boston apologized for. I think they would benefit from their own fitters, would not put me off getting our next carpet from them. Definitely recommend 100%. 🤗
