We had are downstairs flooring carpet…
We had are downstairs flooring carpet in the lounge and vinyl for the kitchen, the guys started then one of the guys cut is thumb off, went to hospital, we had to wait for more guys to arrive, while my furniture was outside in the rain, then they started on the kitchen but wouldn’t put down until the boss came, so they sat in their van for 2 hours, and we just waited, felt the job was rushed got some bumps in vinyl and then had to pay extra £30 for the to seal around edges which we were not told back, so of the vinyl is marked, over all not happy

Great customer focus
Elliot the Manager has been helpful on the last two occasions we’ve used United Carpets for both carpets & vinyl flooring.
Competitive pricing & always good customer service. Fitters have been decent too & a fairly prompt service.

Great quality all round
Have used this company for years and have had the best experience from the whole team. Recently had stairs and living room carpet redone and again can only say every stage has been flawless and really happy with the service provided. Thanks guys!

Guys in the shop at Stanley green Cheadle was very helpful and great customer service, but the fitters I would not recommend they chipped all the newly painted woodwork which had to be re done.

Had a new laminate floor fitted through the hallway and into kitchen and beyond. The service from choosing to fitting was excellent. Special shout out to Billy and Tayo who were fantastic.
They arrived when scheduled and put extra people on the job to finish when we needed. All rubbish taken away and mess cleared up brilliantly. Thrilled with end result. Will use again and would definitely recommend.

Amazing from start to finish…
From start to finish United carpets in Stanley green were amazing. They helped me, they advised me, they had so much patience when I couldn’t pick a colour. And they priced amazingly!!! There was a store which was more local but I decided to go to Stanley green as they were so amazing. I am getting my kitchen done soon and will return to them for it! The fitters were amazing - came at the time they said, and just cracked on with it. Highly recommend!!!

Wouldn't go anywhere else!
We have moved house 🏠. The same town but different area, we had always used united carpets as the guy in the shop (Eliot) has always been wonderful and really helpful. We decided to pop into a shop nearer our new house, big mistake, not very helpful staff, really expensive and seemed really annoying that I dared to say I thought their fitting price (it was nearly the same price as the carpet- we only needed a tiny room) was a tad expensive. So we reverted to wjat we knew was great and traveled the extra few miles to see Eliot who sorted us put with an off cut he knew he had and his fitters who were also wonderful and helpful, were literally half the price of the other store. Won't be going anywhere else for carpets or floors as why bother when you know a good one already!!! Would highly recommend.

No 1 for customer service
Elliot from United carpets in cheadle is a likable and professional businessman who knows how to ensure customers are put first.
There were issues with some of the fitters, but all this was swiftly put right with a significant partial refund.
Very happy with the outcome. Job is now put right as expected. I would use again.

Excellent service
Excellent service, friendly and helpful from measurement right thro to fitting. Had no issues with the fitters well mannered and professional. Our doors needed some wood shaving off and for a small charge this was Not a problem for them.
