Absolutely 💯 love my carpet, I choose a oat meal colour looks beautiful and luxurious. Everyone thought I was mad choosing this colour but no pets or children... It fantastic and quality is absolutely amazing 🤩

Went into my local United carpets store couldn't find what i was looking for so a chap that worked there told me to try tge Chester store so visited the store & was met by Moira, who was very pleasant & helpful we found the carpet we wanted had it fitted & it looks great so a big thank you 😊

Carpet over estimate .
Carpet is ok , but , even though United carpets sent someone out to measure the area we have a huge amount of carpet left over !!

The carpet was fitted in no time at all. The fitter’s were very friendly & got us to check everything before leaving. Excellent service! We will be using United Carpets in the very near future.

Carpet is now coming out of carpet grip…
Carpet is now coming out of carpet grip top of stairs tripping hazard. Also walking upstairs halfway and upwards I can feel the tacks from the carpet in my toes. From carpet track keeping carpet underlay in place. Not good after paying just under £800 pound.

Expert advice and great service
Expert advice when choosing our laminate flooring at a good price. Fitting was arranged very quickly and I just love my new floor!! The fitters were very skilled and did the job in less than a day! Very pleased and happy to recommend ❤️

Great service as soon as we walked in,not overwhelmed by pushing salesperson the gentleman just let us know where to find him if needed great choice of products and better quality and prices then a certain rival, fitting service was brilliant.

"Free" fitting when you purchase…
"Free" fitting when you purchase underlay but l am being charged £145 for fitting when l have purchased diamond underlay. I don't understand this.l feel it is false advertising.
