Great choice of carpets to suit all…
Great choice of carpets to suit all budgets. The shop is accessible so my mum could get around easily with her trolley. The staff are very knowledgeable about their products and really helpful. The fitters are friendly, polite and tidy workers. We've had all 3 bedrooms and hall completed....more to come later in the year. Thanks United Carpets

Excellent company to deal with, full of advice and without pressure
I would definitely recommend this company. The whole experience made carpet selection extremely easy - a job I normally hate. From the moment we walked in the store we were made welcome by Sarah who definitely knows her job! Her advice was invaluable and without any pressure. She turned up as arranged the following morning (a Sunday) to measure and give further advice. I ordered carpets for the whole house and these arrived and were fitted promptly. Some are being stored until the decorator has been. I would also like to commend and thank the fitter who was extremely helpful and fitted the carpet really well. Thank you again and I look forward to the rest of my carpets being fitted.

Brilliant store. Maggie was so professional and helpful. She went above and beyond when other stores couldn't help. She thought outside the box amd turned a 6 week lead time into 4 days.

From start to finish United Carpets and Beds on Whittington more have been amazing! They were extremely helpful in choosing my vinyl flooring and fitting was arranged a few days later. The guy who came to fit the flooring was polite and friendly, got the job done quickly and with no mess and it looks amazing! I am SO happy I went with them.

We had seen the carpet online, and wanted to see it physically and weren't disappointed. We decided on a different carpet as we found one on offer, that the lady pointed out.
