Ordering was easy, we meet Brad in the shop who was very knowledgeable in helping us pick out a carpet. Ismail came to our house to measure, bringing with him the samples, and we are so please he did as we changed our mind on the colour we liked when we had the samples put down on our stairs and landing. We arranged the delivery / fitting date to suit our requirements around the decoration of the bedrooms and landing that we were having decorated.
The fitting of the carpet was surprisingly quick and stress free. Chris and Rob where totally amazing on the day. They were extremely careful and considerate around our newly decorated rooms, and everything was left in the same condition as they found it after fitting the new carpets to our four Bedrooms / Hall / Stairs and Landing.
Brad and Ismail (sales) / Chris and Rob (fitters) are a real asset to United Carpets & Beds, and we just wanted to say a big thank you to you all for a great service.

Will only ever use United Carpets Dudley
We had an idea of what carpet we wanted and Brad was very helpful in the showroom and got us our carpet fitted within a week. Rob came to fit the carpet and he did a superb job (even with Frank -our dog- constantly wanting cuddles) couldn't have wished for better service from both guys A*

Shocking
Had carpet fitted over a year ago with fitting problems charged me treble the price of the carpet dor underlay just fetched the carpet it up as fitting was that bad underlay fitted everywhere not just on the treads of the stairs. Is it any wonder the fitting has been no good begs the question is this really the fitter not having a clue or selling more underlay which obviously gives them some kind of profit or fiddle with the money they charge for cheap underlay

Amazing flooring
Amazing flooring! All fitted perfectly and excellent quality! Wouldn’t go anywhere else and staff in the shop was so helpful.
Fitters were absolutely lovely, fast and tidied up after they’ve finished!

Want a carpet, only one place to go.
Great carpet choice and very helpful. Carpet fitter Chris was extremely professional and did a brilliant job of fitting our carpets. Nothing was too much trouble for him, a really nice guy. Which makes a real difference when someones working in your house. Highly recommended.

Chris fitted my carpet today in two of…
Chris fitted my carpet today in two of my bedrooms, landing and stairs. He was fast, efficient and friendly. He did a fabulous job and cleaned up after himself. Would definatly recommend to anyone who needs their carpets fitting. 10 out of 10 service.

Well the free mattress is the worst…
Well the free mattress is the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. The frame is great but I would say if anyone is buying with the free mattress in mind.. DON’T!! I am having to buy a brand new mattress at the end of the month because this one feels like it’s been used before as it sinks in the middle.

Excellent service and carpets
Would like to say big thank you to Brad, of united csrpets Dudley who was helpful and not pushy, when my 92 yr old mother was shopping for lounge and stair carpet. Your fitters arrived on time and did fabulous job. A special mention to Chris, the carpet fitter who did the stairs and landing, he went above when we had a problem, and had to comeback following day, without any complaint making arrangements with other customers. Mother loved her new carpets
