Perfect customer service
When attending the shop I was unsure how the carpet buying process would go. I was welcomed by Fraser and shown around the room. Listened to when explaining the measurements and advised on what to look for. Once I had sometime to look around, Fraser came over to check on me and helped me find alternatives to what I had previously wanted but they must have sold. Within about 5 minutes I had the perfect carpets and vinyl to kit out my home. I was then shown to the underlay and told about the great deal of free fitting with underlay purchased. I was more than happy with the upsell of the underlay as the cost didn't differ to much for a thicker quality. When ready we went to the till to check dates for fitting, which gave me enough time to plan decorating ready for the carpet.
After sales customer service was also second to none. They fit me in for a different date for one of my rooms without any problems and was more than happy to work with me on this. Fraser explained the cost breakdown and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I'm normally a little nervous with considered purchases but I felt totally confident with the customer service and more than happy to recommend United Carpets.
They have friendly staff and a good selection of carpets. Hassle free.

Very helpful inthe store sales team not in your face or pushy .querys all dealt with no fuss.carpet fitters the 2 lads were excellent even dealt with a problem really well. Carpet we chose is lovely and soft to walk on .cant say anything but excellent. As for price your choice you pay for what quality you wan👍👍👍

Started well…….
My initial impressions of United Carpets were very positive. The showroom experience was good, the staff were helpful, and the ordering process was straightforward.
Unfortunately, the after-sales service didn’t match that standard. During installation, the fitter creased the flooring, but this was blamed on the subfloor. I’m not convinced how the condition of the subfloor could have caused a crease to appear in the flooring during installation, and I didn’t feel my concerns were properly addressed.
After attempts to get rectified, I eventually gave up pursuing the issue. It’s a shame because the experience started so well, but the lack of after-sales support has left me disappointed.
Overall, while the initial experience was good, the after-sales service means I probably wouldn’t use United Carpets again

Rob and Danny were fantastic
Rob and Danny were fantastic! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a very welcoming vibe from both staff members. We were able to walk around with-out any hassle and when we needed help Rob was sublime with all the workings out with our measurements/dimensions. We told Rob what we were looking for and he helped us find the most PERFECT carpets. Danny was also incredibly helpful regarding fittings and getting it booked in for us. We are incredibly happy with our visit. ALSO we were able to tick off another purchase we needed with a mattress with more help in finding the best one. Such a great store with great staff. Thank you.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Sales people very nice and patient when I couldn’t decide! And the fitters were great too, very friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to go there again next time I need flooring.

I felt the fitting was rushed and therefore not all undulations under the carpet were taken care of. Too late now that the bedroom furniture has been fitted.

Quality great and service excellent
Really pleased with the bed quality and the carpet quality. The carpet fitters were outstanding and went out of their way to take the greatest of care. There was a slight hiccup with the mattress at first as we got the wrong size delivered but it was soon rectified and all good now. Would definitely recommend to people.

New Mattress
Pleasant man at the store very helpful, and the added help that your delivery chaps took the old mattress away at a cost. But I was not in, my husband did say that the delivery guys were not particularly friendly, but maybe they had not had a good day, but never the less they took the new mattress up to the bedroom. But the mattress is very comfortable, which is important when you suffer with arthritis. Thank you United carpets.
