We have been long-time customers of United Carpet and have always been very happy with their service. They helped us choose the perfect carpet for our home, and we are genuinely impressed with the quality. The carpet looks beautiful and has really enhanced the overall look and feel of our home.
What we especially appreciate is their excellent customer service and the way they deal with their customers. The entire process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. Their staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and cooperative, and they really take the time to understand what you need.

Great staff
Very friendly service, Jav helped my granddaughter choice the right size of carpet as was not sure of the what was best for the room, he put her at ease. The price was great.

The carpet was of a reasonable price, the staff kept us informed of the payment process, the fitting team removed the old carpet, moved furniture and laid the new carpet on the day and time agreed. also at a fair price.
We would definitely recommend this company.

Didn’t get the fitter I requested, not very good communication between shop and fitters I suggest they draw out how they have measured the carpet for fitting especially when it is a hall stairs and landing the was unsure if he had enough carpet because he had not been told how they worked it out to fit not a lot left at all good communication on arrival times

I had a carpet fitted today by jaz, he was a credit to the company , had a coffee and he got straight in to the job , the best carpet I have ever had fitted no bumps no lumps all round ,even round the skirting line it was straight too job , if I had another carpet fitted u would personally ask for Jez too job 👍

FREE FITTING IS A LIE !!
Fenton. Stoke-on-Trent —
Carpets are advertised and promoted as FREE FITTING,so I chose the carpet I wanted, that clearly had a ‘free fitting’ label sign attached to it, but when I came to pay for my carpet I was told I would have to either pay the carpet fitter myself, or arrange my own fitting!
Since I didn’t know any carpet fitters I let them make the arrangements.
It cost me over £200 to have my “FREE FITTING” carpets laid….!!
If you don’t want to be scammed go somewhere else, their “FREE FITTING” is a lie, and they know full well there’s NO FREE FITTING, but they still advertise it.
