The carpet is absolutely lovely but the carpet fitter left it in right mess didn't even clean up or hoover the mess was left with masses of bits of carpet all over the bedroom, stairs and driveway

We went looking for a new bedroom…
We went looking for a new bedroom carpet and this was the first place we went in, we straight away found what we wanted and the friendly lady in the shop advised us which underlay to buy. We booked a fitting day for the following week and completed the purchase all within 10 to 15 minutes. This was definitely the fastest and easiest carpet shopping trip I’ve ever made and the price was great too. Thanks.

I was not happy at the fitter leaving…
I was not happy at the fitter leaving all the excess carpet. He said you would not allow him to remove them.

Poor measuring and very poor fitting
Lady in the shop was great but they guy that came to measure up did it wrong according to the fitter as the peice if lino wasn't wide enough for my hall so they had to bodge it with a bit of glue and a spare piece. The carpet on my stairs has bunched up and there is a gap on one corner. The bedroom carpet has frayed in a corner and has a 2 inch bald spot now. Not even been fitted a month and all these problems.
