Fab service in your Boothferry Road store. Ray was really friendly and helpful. We wasn't sure about our measurements so went back the next day and the guy who helped us made us feel at ease!

Visited the Boothery road store after visiting a different carpet shop to see if they had something similar. Ray couldn’t have been anymore helpful if he tried, nothing was to much and is a credit to the Boothery road store. Visited the Boothferry Road store and the service was fantastic. We had quotes from other stores and showed them to Craig that served us. He was brilliant and explained the different types of carpet and what would be the best for our area. No pushy sales just great friendly service and fantastic value. 100% recommend.

Loft room carpet

We visited the Boothferry road store in Hull today to buy a new bed. We were served by a a guy called Jay who was polite and helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and frames. I was able to try out several different beds before settling on one that seemed a good balance of quality & price. Not only that but they also provide a good recycling service whereas some other local stores we tried did not. We’d definitely recommend giving them a visit!

What a great shop.
What a great shop.
Staff member Ray Ralph at Booth ferry road branch was very experienced, knowledgeable and well informed about his products.
The whole experience was great from start to finish with the added bonus of the carpet being delivered and fitted the very next day.

Craig is a brilliant sales person, he helped us colour match an existing carpet we had and wasn’t pushy at all, he gave my husband and I time to talk it over and was ready to take our order once we had decided to go for it, he is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the carpets and underlays and was a pleasure to deal with

Bought lounge carpet
Bought lounge carpet, had wooden laminate laid a few weeks ago and bedroom carpet now the lounge. Craig, Ray and Jay have all served and helped me with all my choices. Knowledgeable and patient really go out their way to help you. Will always deal with this store on Boothferry Road.

Hi I went into the boothferry road…
Hi, we went to the Boothferry road branch in search of a new matress, Ray the assistant was experienced in his knowledge of all the different types of mattresses on offer. He listened carefully to our needs and spent a lot of time explaining what the mattress features were. We were totally happy with his recommendation after trying several mattress and purchased the one we found most comfortable and suited our needs. He did explain the waiting time for delivery, which we were happy to wait for the right mattress for us. We found we had a really good experience and hopefully the mattress will be ideal for our needs when delivered. Thankyou for your great customer service.

Delivery drivers made loads noise. Dropping and banging our bed no care taken taking wrapping off picking up and letting go banging on ceiling
Delivery date change had no bed for 5 days.
