Great staff - Great Products
I have bought many times from this shop. Ryan was fantastic helping me choose my stair carpet. I have to say, all the staff are lovely/helpful/knowledgeable. Very happy with my purchase, great carpet fitter, arranged around my schedule. Happy outcome. Will be buying again - try them, you will not be disappointed.

Very happy with carpet. Carpt was for bedroom with enough spare to do stairs and landing. Looks lovely and with the underlay feels like you are walking on air. Staff in shop and fitters were lovely

This is the first time we have used…
This is the first time we have used United carpets.
We found the young lady sales person very helpful and we managed to pick up a quality remnant for a good price.
The fitter Liam turned up on time and was very helpful and polite made a great job of fitting the vinyl down in our bathroom.
I would defiantly use United carpets again!

No issues with experience in store
No issues with experience in store, as some other reviews, our issue was with the fitting.
We had a staircase done, and we could get our hand behind the carpet, as not secured properly.
Arrived late on day one, no communication.
Promised a visit the following Friday to fix mistakes/no show.
Finally fixed, but just a bad experience for our first time, and would not use UC again because of this.
Fitter was very unprofessional (dirty hands, not offering to wear shoe covers or remove shoes)

Very efficient as when we told them that we were moving and wanted the carpet and vinyl flooring fitted as soon as possibly they arranged for the fitting the following week so we could arrange the removal men to move us the following week

Excellent service yet again
Have used the store for all my carpets and always been a great service. Special mention to Ryan who found me the carpet of my dreams and organised to get it from another store , the fitters are also excellent and very fast

Great service in shop, and fitting is superb. Two recent purchases and will definitely recommend and use them again.
This is the second time we've used United Carpets recently, and will definitely recommend and use them again.
The latest purchase was some vinyl flooring for a new summerhouse. Excellent product advice, and truly brilliant fitting service.
We used them again as we were so pleased after a previous (probably 18 months ago now) installation of laminate flooring downstairs - again, helpful advice and the recommended flooring looks fab and is so hard wearing, even with high traffic and pets!
They make it all so simple - the staff in the shop are so helpful when you are choosing (don't hesitate to ask their opinion - they helped us make our decision in minutes), and the fitting service is very flexible. We even got a call asking if they could potentially come earlier!

Exceptional service
We visited the long Eaton store to look at carpets for our first home (4 bedrooms, landing & stairs). We were greeted by Kaleb who was super helpful. He took the time to explain about the thickness of carpets & underlay and how to keep it within our budget. He came out to measure up at a suitable time for us and went above & beyond keeping us updated. We saved several hundreds of pounds compared to other well known companies.

Great service & advice received in…
Great service & advice received in store. They were very accommodating and managed to book my fitting within 7 days. Fitter did a great job and carpet was down in no time at all. Will definitely use them again.

I had a carpet from United carpets and bed at long Eaton I had my carpets fitted on the same day and I was so happy they come at the time they said they would and they did amazing job I will all ways go there now

Would use United Carpets and Beds every time.
Completed a property renovation and arranged for United Carpets to carpet the stairs landing and 3 bedrooms upstairs, laminate the downstairs and lay vinyl in the bathroom. From measure up to installation the customer service was exceptional and as for the quality of the products and fitting this was simply the best I have experienced. Highly, highly recommended.

Excellent service from the Long Eaton…
Excellent service from the Long Eaton store. I had been in a couple of times looking at options and every time the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Kaleb talked me through a few different options and put up with a lot of deliberating that was going on between myself and my mum and he helped us make a decision on the best carpet to choose. I wasn’t 100% sure of my measurements with it being 2 sets of stairs and an oddly shaped landing so Kaleb ended up coming to measure up too. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
I am very happy with the carpet - hats off to the fitter who was booked in when we had the 40 degree heat. I wasn’t sure if the booking would be postponed but the fitter turned up and completed the job in a professional manner.
I would definitely recommend and will come back for bedroom carpets. Shayne also deserves a mention as he helped during my earlier visits to the store.
