Did a good job laying the carpet
Did a good job laying the carpet, was a bit disappointed that I had to pay extra for the doors to be shaved due to a thicker carpet than I had previously. Apart from that two good lads who did a grand job.

Divan set with free delivery & assembly
Good quality divan set at a very reasonable price. I had to chase up a delivery date but got a quick and efficient response from Alison (Beds Office Manager). The delivery came on time, everything was well packaged, the assembly went smoothly and all was left clean & tidy. I highly recommend & would purchase from them again.

Not sure that we even got the same…
Not sure that we even got the same carpet that we ordered and paid for! Ordered carpets for a set must be fitted for date, all agreed with store manager, I called for an update weeks later only to be told that the carpet won't be ready until after the agreed date from when I ordered and paid for them. Then all of a sudden he called me back to say that he can get it from somewhere else, hence I don't think that it is the actual carpet that I ordered. Needed the carpets to be fitted so I now had no choice but to have them fitted.
Problem number two :-
The fitters didn't complete the fitting regarding the door bars and told me that they would let the shop know and that I should go back to the shop and they will sort it for me. When I went to see the manager he told me to go to wickes or B & Q and get some myself. (I had already paid for these and their fitting) but he also told me that their fitters do not fit the type required because it meant drilling the floor! I purchased the door bars and paid for them to be fitted. I am not impressed with the service that I received from United carpets and their fitters and after spending thousands and thousands of pounds fitting out my portfolio of houses I will never again purchase anything from United Carpets. 0 out 10

In regard to your carpet we have spoken to the store who had to get the Creswell carpet you ordered direct from the manufacturer so I can assure you this is the carpet you ordered.
Having spoken to the store they have advised that they couldn't fit the door bar as you have said due to having LVT on the other side not being fitted correctly so we wouldn't want to fit a door bar that isn't to our professional standard. The door bar you would require we unfortunately don't stock and would need drilling into your LVT.

Great in store service. We asked about several types of carpeting and for quotes including fitting. They were incredibly accommodating and we had our carpet chosen and fitted within the week. The guys fitting were really good with our busy household and we really couldn't be happier

We attended the shop in Scunthorpe and the help we received and the advice given was 1st class. Carpet sorted in record breaking time. The fitting side was out of this world. A large heavy carpet and underlay fitted in a blink of an eye.

I recently bought some vinyl for my bathroom and en-suite. I very much appreciated the help I received in the Scunthorpe store when purchasing the customer service was exceptional. And I could not fault the time and care the fitter took when cutting and fitting the vinyl in two difficult rooms. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you. Bev

Great service from these guys
Great service from these guys. Had our hallway floor supplied and installed by United Carpets Scunthorpe, and recently had them back to do the lounge. Both jobs done well, good retail price for the materials and professional service from the fitters.

Great experience all round
Very helpful with purchase. They were very frienfly and advisory .The measuring and fitting went very smoothly and looks great .Our second purchase was over the phone we were very impressed first off and didnt feel the need to travel to the shop . Highly recommend hence 5 stars

Lots of help when choosing a carpet at the Scunthorpe store. Good price. Fitters were excellent. Not an easy fit, being a stairs and landing with a tartan pattern but looks fab. A job very well done! 😊

There were a lot of different colours…
There were a lot of different colours and textures to choose from, the carpet we ordered came in good time and was fitted quickly. My only criticism is about the fitters as they seemed to spend alot if time on their phones and some of the language they used was not acceptable and I could hear them talking in the next room which needs to be addressed.

Excellent service- used twice in one month
Second time in a month we have used United carpets in Scunthorpe. Sales was great and very helpful with choosing the to carpet with me at the right price. Fitters first class - arrived when they said they would and did fantastic job. Excellent service and will definitely use again. Thanks

Bathroom Carpet
Went to collect my carpet bought to go in my elderly mother's bathroom. Very helpful taking it out to the car.
Could have improved communication as carpet was delayed, but we were not told. Otherwise excellent.
