Staff need training in customer service.
The carpet fitter was great. Did a good job in a short time. Unfortunately, when I actually bought the carpet, the lady quoted me a price of £316. When I came to pay, I was only charged £276, so I thought it was a discount. The lady took my money and gave me reciept etc. When the carpet guy came to fit it, after he had finished asked me for £40 that I didn't realise and definitely was not told that I had to pay the fitter. Luckily I had the money and was able to put it in his account. But the blame lies solely with the woman who took payment from me, but she NEVER mentioned I would have to pay the fitter when he came. I was disappointed and felt that I did not recieve good customer service at all. She literally couldn't wait to take my money, but that was it. I think the staff might need more training or guidance, I think it would be beneficial. But apart from that, I'm happy with the carpet and the fitting.

You should of been made aware at point of sale that you would need to pay the independent fitter directly on the day off fitting, and we apologise that this was not communicated clearly to you.

Great experience
Sales people in the store were friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient with my daughter as she made her choices. The fitting was a very reasonable price compared to other stores. The carpet arrived on time and the friendly fitter did a great job. Overall very happy

Great customer service and positive experience
Martin was very helpful and made the process very easy and straightforward.
The quality of the carpets and the time it took from ordering to being fitted was great and really fair pricing.
I had to ring twice to slightly amend my order and had no problem doing so and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer!

Best carpet buying experience I've ever had.
Lisa and John were so helpful and patient whilst I picked what I wanted. Ordering was great even when I got the measurements wrong and resubmitted them the morning after. Would most definitely recommend and more importantly use again.
